The Hotel is located near the museum apart from it rest everything is a bit away. But taxis n rickshaws are pretty affordable in kochi. Thr is a bus stop near by which is handy.
The offer with breakfast and lunch/dinner is awesome and helps a lot by saving time as thr are not many restaurants around the hotel.
The staff are super friendly and always take care of you and willing to help you. The restaurant staff are extremely helpful and provide great service...overall a good place to stay for the price...

We recently stayed at "Keys Select" hotels by Lemon Tree and had a great experience. Right from the start, the check-in process was smooth, the staff were polite, warm and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was clean, well-maintained and super comfortable with all the necessary amenities being provided every now and then. I especially appreciate the scenic view from the room, delicious food in the buffet, prompt room service and the complimentary laundry service. These are the people I would like to appreciate: Mr. Joby, Mr. Jude, Mr. Binu, Mr. Yadhu, Mr. Maaridoss, Mr. Jay, Mr. Periyaswamy - The Sous Chef, Mr. Salman brother, Mr. Ashwin, Mr. Pachaiyappan, Mr. Sher Singh - The Main Chef. Room Cleaning - Mr. Sri Hari. Overall it's a very great, relaxing and enjoyable stay and i would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting..

Having stayed at Keys Hotel Kochi multiple times, it always feels like coming home. The rooms, food, and service have consistently been exceptional, and Manager Mr. Vinu and his team continue to set the bar high for genuine hospitality. What made my last visit extra special was the thoughtful cake-cutting ceremony they arranged for my senior citizen mother — a beautiful surprise personally coordinated by Mr. Vinu. It was such a heartwarming gesture that truly showed how much they care for their guests. From the front office to the restaurant staff, everyone goes out of their way to make you feel valued. Their warmth, attention to detail, and personal touch make every stay memorable. Heartfelt thanks to Mr. Vinu and the entire team for yet another wonderful experience — can’t wait to be back!!! :)
