Hotel Fort Castle

Extremely dirty hotel. I'm only giving 1 star due to the location. I was given 3 different rooms and ended up staying somewhere else. The first room had a mosquito infestation, the second room was covered in long dark hairs in the bed and the last room didn't have any hot water and the toilet seat wasnt attached to the toilet. The whole hotel was covered in hairs everywhere, it was so dirty. In all of the 115 country's I have visited, including Bangladesh recently, I've never stayed in a hotel so dirty or had to move rooms more than once. Please do not stay here, you'll be guaranteed to be disappointed

The staff themselves were nice enough. We did not have high expectations at all, but still we were left disappointed. The moment we entered our room, it had an odd smell. The bathroom was FILTHY, with several cockroaches running around. The bathroom was weirdly warm all the time, and the water in the shower was colder than I’d like. The AC was clearly not working properly, since the room never stopped being too warm, so the noisy ceiling fan was on all the time to make it bearable. The room was dirty, floors hadn’t been cleaned properly and the bed itself was one fart away from collapsing. The included breakfast was poor, the worst breakfast we’ve had in India. Microwaved toast and omelette with way too much onion, every single day. When we were in Kochi we did as much as we could to stay outside our hotel, even in the brutal and humid heat. We will not return.

This is a very comfortable hotel. The owner is super kindly and stuffs also grate work for customer. They keep clean in the hotel every day. Every day make up and change towel. Security also perfect because 24hours stuffs stay front.
