Resort is excellent.well maintained and everyone is very courteous. Food is sumptuous. Before we arrived Ms.Richa called so many times and made inquiries what kind of food we would like. also on day of arrival she made inquiries where are you and what time you will arrive. We have been travelling around India for last 2 months ,and nobody called us except Coorg and Kaav resort staff. I stayed there for 2 nights with my wife and daughter. One of the best Hotel/Resort I have stayed with. Room Service and House keeping was excellent. It was the fastest room service and house keeping we have ever experienced. The staff is so helpful, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very good and food was very very good and reasonably priced. The property is well maintained and though they say it's 4 Star it's not too far from 5 Star standard. Special Thanks to Front office Staff Mr. Suhail and F & B ***ager Mr. Shekar for taking care of us very well. Will definitely visit again.

The accommodations are satisfactory considering the price paid; it's suitable for a family stay. Opting for ac rooms is advisable for a more comfortable experience. Although parking is external, the staff was helpful in assisting with it. However, room service left a bit to be desired. I would suggest planning dinner before 9 pm, especially for vegetarians, as finding suitable options in the city may become challenging later.
