Awesome location and facilities. Beach, pool, breakfast, restaurant, crystal clear water on the beach, neat and clean beach... I mean what else do you need on a family holiday? Just a small suggestion if the staff can have a smile on their face all the time. I completely understand that they have to deal with different types of people throughout the day but just a suggestion for them..please 😊

I don’t want to be too harsh with my review, acknowledging that it’s on a tropical island, and at this price point, there are going to be what I consider small problems. These small problems included ants, cockroaches inin the bathroom, kind of rundown towels, closet doors that didn’t close, etc. None of these things really bothered me, but could see that they might bother others. What I guess I would say was my biggest issue was the workers at the property. With the exception of one friendly housekeeper, there we no welcomes, hellos, or goodbye, thanks for staying. Coming to know the Thai smile, it was strange to get no engagement from the plentiful staff. Room had a comfy bed with air conditioning that was new and powerful. I only ate the Thai food and fruit for breakfast and it was usually very good during my 7 nights there. I had one dinner there that was also good. However, quite expensive compared with the many other restaurants in a sort walking distance. I didn’t like the location of my hut, as it was on the corner of the pool and not really beachfront like I thought it would be. Was often loud with kids playing and screaming in the pool. Four of the eight chalets are on the beach and I would request one of those if I stayed again. But as much as I loved Ko Chang and want to return, it would not be Banpu. I walked the whole distance of the beach each morning and I would try one of those properties instead.

Great Location : this hotel is located nearby the beach and very easy to find food and beverages. Only 6 Km from the ferry terminal.

Breakfast was great. Hotel was right on the beach like we wanted with a calm ocean and tiny waves. The staff were very accommodating and moved us to the room near our friends like we requested. I’ll definetly stay there again.

The view is great, it’s nice to sit on the balcony and watch the sea. The breakfast is not super big but all basic choices are there. Location is fantastic, lots of shops, restaurants and White Sand Beach in the walking distance.

The staff were good, but the air conditioner was leaking and they couldn't fix it; the bidet faucet in the bathroom was leaking, and the shower curtain was too short, filling the whole bathroom with water.

Basically i like the hotel as its convenient by the price/quality. Staff is nice. Good breakfast. Hotel right in front of the sea. A bit noisy if its stormy. For those who is sensitive its better to have ear taps or ask in advance the room behind those in front of the sea.

The beach is the selling point here. A great walkout and sunset spot. The hut room we had was acceptable but had a slightly moldy aroma if the ac ever turned off. The bathroom was a cool concrete mosaic! The breakfast was all right. The location is central and renting a scooter is convenient.

Cozy stay with clean and nice rooms. The beach is right outside making the trip more special.

I loved the hotel! We stayed in a beachfront room with a beautiful view. The highlight was the breakfast, which offered a variety of choices. The staff were friendly, and the pillows and bed were cozy and comfortable. The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

It’s a good place to spend holidays, with a good view of the sunset, will be back next time.
