Mercure Koh Chang Hideaway

Everything you need is here. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful! Truly excellent 👌. It's ideal for peace and quiet; if you want a lively atmosphere, this isn't the best spot. Taxis aren't right outside, but you have to arrange for one to pick you up (so it's a bit more expensive) than if you were at a busier location. You win some, you lose some 😄. The small beach itself is beautiful for photos, but swimming is difficult due to the many rocks. However, the hotel has a gorgeous swimming pool with all amenities (showers, bar, chill-out spots). All in all, my stay at this hotel was a solid ten!

It was truly amazing, so beautiful. The pool was incredibly spacious, and the staff were exceptionally good, from the receptionists to the valets and the baggage handlers – everyone was great. The beach was also stunning and incredibly wide. The room itself was very spacious too. Before we even entered, the air conditioning was already on and wonderfully cool. I'll definitely be staying again!

The hotel is quiet and modern. The rooms are clean, and the service is excellent. It's a great location for relaxation with complete facilities.
