Mercure Koh Chang Hideaway

This was my first time choosing Mercure instead of Sylvan. I usually stay at Sylvan, and this time I wanted to experience an Accor property. The resort is a bit older, and the location is somewhat far, but I understand this as it was my choice to stay in this area. The front office experience was just okay, while the F&B team was very friendly and helpful. I would especially like to mention Khun Tod, who made sure we were well taken care of. I had dinner at the restaurant and noticed his warm attention not only to us but to other guests as well. During breakfast, I was asked for my room number twice. I may be mistaken, but it made me feel slightly uncomfortable. P.S. You may want to skip Starbucks, as it didn’t feel worth the price.

A very comfortable hotel. We had a room with a sea view. The evenings are magical when the sun sets. The breakfasts are very varied, and the hotel staff is quick and very polite. There are plenty of different restaurants right next to the hotel. I highly recommend it.

Loved this place! Great pool and beach. Never got a drink or food here though. Waited for over 20 minutes with 4 people behind the bar to have them all disappear and not get served at all.

Staff were incredible, this included every member of staff from gardeners to management. Great location, lovely pool and beach access, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Good nice would recommend for relaxing

We stayed in beachfront room, the location is hidden, remoted in end of lonely beach, its hard to drive in esspecially when it is dark. The room and service are good.
