The room was amazing, very spacious and comfortable. The swimming pool is giant. Many amenities were not really activated in the low season, but it’s okay, probably too many people in the high season as Blue Haven Bay is free entrance. Breakfast is very good, if there was not enough customer, you could order most things from the menu. You can walk around the territory, there’s shuttle service available, but we barely used it. The beach is nice, but not for swimming, the water is very shallow. When the water comes, there’s opportunities to use kayak or paddle boat. Despite of the great amenities and room, the overall location is quite far from everything else on the island. It’s 20+ minutes to go to the vibrant area with quality restaurants. There’s 7/11, thai place, laundry and massage not too far away (within 15 minutes of walking distance). But it’s really nothing to do outside of Blue Haven Bay in that area. Maybe it’s enough and more vibrant in high season

Our friends suggested this hotel and we did not regret it. This place is a perfect balance of price and quality. Big room, delicious breakfast, great pool and own beach in a calm lagoon.

First off, a big thanks to the Trip.com staff for their patience in helping me resolve an issue. As for the hotel, I genuinely do not recommend it. The service is poor, the facilities are substandard, and there's a strong sense of hostility towards Chinese guests. Also, what beach is this hotel even on? Pier Beach? Getting to White Sand Beach requires traversing steep mountain roads. If you don't want to venture out, there's absolutely no commercial activity nearby. There's a 7-Eleven and a PTT gas station across the street, but you're on vacation, right? Additionally, the east side of the hotel is where yachts are moored, so expect noise from parties at night and repairs in the morning. Best to avoid this place if you can.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly spacious, the service was excellent, and the breakfasts were absolutely delicious. We would happily return. The magnificent pools, both by the sea and right by the rooms, were a huge bonus. The gym was excellent; my husband and I worked out there daily. We especially appreciated how spacious and well-equipped it was. And for professional athletes, the highlight is a 220 kg barbell, so you can truly relax without missing any workouts!

This hotel is seriously inconvenient. It's huge because it's a combination of several hotels and guesthouses. Getting around from here is even worse. Coming back to the hotel from White Beach at night... the driver charged 500 baht! Can you believe it? That's over 100 RMB for a 10-minute ride!

Super nice Room. It was clean and really spacious! The staff there is friendly. Our car batterie died and one guy from the staff helped us immediately and wanted to jump start our car. BUT one other guy stopped him so he can sell us a used old battery for 3000baht that died the next day as well... Hotel is nice, just that one guy had only money in his mind haha. Besides that everybody is super friendly. There is a hotel wide free shuttle (only inside the resort). In-house Restaurant for dinner is pricey. I would recommend to try local, cheaper food outside. Unbeatable value for money! The property is incredibly spacious and perfect for sports enthusiasts. I'm planning to stay again in July.

Staffs are very helpful. Location is nice, just around five minutes from Ao Thammachart Pier. The room is big and fit for family but contains only one WC which is in bathroom. The price is competitive.

The environment was pleasant and comfortable, with a spacious living room. However, for such a large room, having only one bathroom was extremely impractical and inconvenient.

This hotel is quite remote, with no restaurants or convenience stores in the area. The breakfast was also just okay, nothing special. The redeeming qualities are the spacious rooms and a nearby beach where you can go beachcombing or just relax.

This was my first visit to Koh Chang. The location is quite convenient and other amenities well prepared for single bed room. The food is good but the resturant is quite far from the hotel which means you have to ask a cart from place to place throung they have many project in one area. Staff was very helpful. I think it is worth money to stay here even if you want to go outside the hotel or not. Also the beach is very private and clean.

The reception and restaurant for the breakfast quite far from the hotel it difficult to go there without a vehicle but everything fine I had a great time staying there
