Lots of mosquitoes in the room. The air conditioning was cold and the bed was soft. Service was good. There were so many mosquitoes that we had to spray mosquito repellent every time we went to eat.

The only positive about this hotel is the beach, and that's where the positives end. We rented a room for over 200 euros a night, and what did we get for that money? Nothing. The service is nonexistent. In three nights, they cleaned our room once, and after that, we had to ask for toilet paper (for some reason, they probably decided we didn't need it), and then for towels, simply because they took the old ones and didn't put new ones in. Breakfast: For three days, we've had cold eggs and sausages... or Thai food, but it's also cold, because they apparently haven't been taught how to heat the trays at the buffet. The hotel may be new, but the rooms are already shabby, and the plumbing is in terrible condition. Bottom line: I'll never set foot here again; for that kind of money, it's a disgrace!!! And I can come to the beach just fine, staying anywhere else.

The location is very remote, but the scenery is great. The restaurant has a strong flavor and is not delicious. The waiter does not understand English very well. The room is very clean, especially the bathroom. In short, it is a good experience!

Terrible hotel, ruined all impressions of Koh Kood, vacationed on the island for 10 years, always stayed in the Klong Hin Beach hotels, this time decided to change something, chose Secret, the location is terrible, without a motorbike you can't get anywhere, taxi from 800 baht, the staff is angry, does not smile, although Thailand is called the country of smiles, and most importantly, THEY STEAL, stole 600 dollars and 200 yuan, the safe did not work, it is useless to talk to the hotel manager, he said it is your problem. The prices in the hotels are generally inadequate, they take advantage of their remoteness. So choose other hotels on Koh Kood, and there are a lot of them with normal adequate prices and staff.

The view is beautiful, the sea is beautiful, and it is very private. However, the food service closes a bit early. If you go out to find something to eat, you will have to drive quite far.
