Terrible experience. They kicked out my mother who is over 70 years old, due to overbooking. Rooms are rottening, staff is totally incompetent. They always say 'yes yes' but they don't understand nothing and this creates bad misunderstanding. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. It ruined my mother's holiday. Food is very bad and very expensive. Better go somewhere else

Booked a room in February 2024. Received booking confirmation and payment confirmation. Received a message from the owner: we look forward to welcoming you to our resort. Even received an offer for a snorkeling trip during my stay. But then, out of nowhere: sorry I have to tell you this but we are full! Never again Ngamko resort for me. Totally unreliable. Also cost me money because the transport there could no longer be cancelled at that time.

I recommend this place for its location, very beautiful, on the beach. On the other hand, the bungalow is in poor condition, the bathroom is dirty and smells terrible. No cleaning done during the week. Expensive prices for the services, room, drinks, coffee... Poor Wi-Fi connection.
