I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights, and the management was terrible. The staff were unprofessional and lacked any sense of hospitality. They treated customers unequally—friendly and attentive to foreign guests, but rude and dismissive toward Thai guests. I received no assistance whatsoever.
Pros:
Location: peaceful and private.
You can kayak for free.
Cons:
No daily cleaning or towel change.
Towels were dirty. Towels are poorly cleaned—be careful of contagious diseases. This place turned my vacation into a nightmare.
They don't take out the trash daily.
Room smelled musty.
No drinking glasses provided.
Breakfast was not prepared in advance. Guests had to wait, and once the food ran out, it wasn’t replenished—very unprofessional.
Restaurant opening hours were unreliable—some days closed without notice, some days opened for only one hour.
Staff were not working, just sitting around gossiping about other guests. I’m sure they would gossip about me too once I walked away.
On the first day, we were told that staff were on duty until 8:30 PM. On the second day, only one staff member was present by 6 PM, and a foreign guest had no idea where to find dinner—while it was also raining.
The hotel was dark, with no lights on and no staff on standby. If an emergency happened, guests would have to handle it on their own.
The service was awful, especially from the dark-skinned woman with large eyes who seemed to be the team leader. She was the worst and should be fired.
There’s so much more than I can tell you. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, come here. Bring your own food, medicine, cup, and towel. Rent a motorbike. Don’t expect too much — and you’ll be happy.
