"Excellent location, beautiful (small) white sand beach on a turquoise sea with splendid tropical fish, magnificent pool, excellent restaurant by the sea, charming 'Balinese' villas on a vast coconut palm-filled property, very accommodating staff, scooter rentals, all offering excellent value for money, with a fishing village 100m away for small shops and simple dining. My only complaint: the air conditioning was too noisy… I think we'll make the same choice if we return to Koh Kood, which is a marvelous tropical island."

"We can’t rate A La Koh Kood more highly. The resort is set in a corner of paradise! For a relaxing stay and beautiful beaches you need look no further. Every single one of the management and staff could not do enough to make our stay perfect in every way. Nothing was too much for them and it was always service with a smile. The food was exceptional. We stayed for fifteen nights so occasionaly ate out at a couple of resorts nearby. It was never up to the standard of A La Koh Kood both by way of quality and service. We stayed in a detached deluxe bungalow which provided all the necessary trimmings. Fresh water is always available as well as free tea and coffee. There are always enough kayaks, paddle boards and snorkelling equipment to freely enjoy. To sum up A La Koh Kood resort cannot be beaten. It is simply heaven on earth!"

"We were very disappointed with this hotel and part of us was our own fault to look at the reviews on other websites. The hotel's cleanliness fell short of expectations, especially in the rooms -amenities were lacking: the swimming pool’s water was cloudy and there were several tiles missing -breakfast was underwhelming: terrible coffee (tasted like instant coffee) and the food containers did not look particularly clean - the lids of the containers were constantly open and they’re were bugs flying around fruit and other food items at all times. No one during the breakfast service seemed to care about it and maintain things clean. While the surrounding gardens around the villas were beautiful, the overall property is in need of a significant update to match its potential. The rooms are old and in need of repair, as well as in need of new shower heads, curtains, bedsheets, duvet covers and pillows - which were all old looking and very much STAINED. The coffee machine inside of the room was also very very dirty. The beach area in front of the hotel is rocky, and the surrounding beaches are very dirty with litter everywhere. Usually I like enjoying the hotels amenities but with Cham’s House I was staying there as little as I possibly could. I would not recommend this place."

"We had a rest in March 2025, booked a deluxe room with a sea view, the room is cool, beautiful view from the window, comfortable bed, quiet air conditioner and the feature of the room is a jacuzzi bath with a window. Good breakfasts, tea-coffee and cookies are available all day, in the evening the restaurant cooks seafood on the grill."

The Beach Natural Resort Koh Kood
"A small resort in a beautiful bay bordered by other (non-invasive) properties, consisting of various villas/bungalows spread out slightly inland on a hillside. We stayed in a Sense Pool Villa, a very spacious space with a spacious bathroom and beautiful windows that let in plenty of light. Personally, we only used the pool for a few seconds to take photos, but the water was cold. The hot tub starts and stops automatically at times set by reception. The staff is always very friendly and attentive to your needs. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of fruit and a wide selection of savory and sweet dishes, including a variety of drinks, all served buffet style. Eating on the terrace overlooking the sea was priceless. The resort has a few umbrellas and loungers positioned on the small corner of the beach (the first few days were no problem because there were only a few of us, but when it filled up, there obviously wasn't enough space for everyone). The sea is accessible through an opening between the rocks and is truly breathtaking in its colors and temperature! There's a jetty for docking boats, which my son uses for diving. However, you have to be careful at low tide because the sea recedes significantly. The sunsets over the bay from the jetty are unforgettable! The restaurant (we tried for dinner and lunch) isn't the most special; if you leave the resort (but you'll need a scooter), you'll find more characteristic spots. Ultimately, I'd avoid the pool villa (even though the standard villas are smaller) for those like us who end up spending all day exploring the island. I recommend it for its tranquility and the beauty of its bay."

"Rooms are very nice the only downside of the room was barely no hot water. Beach is beautiful. Service and staff was good ok but lots of trainees and not well managed and trained personell. Breakfast was way under average in terms of quality and especially variety. Not even 3 stars in this respect. Food and service at the beach restaurant was good especially the service from K. Namphung and her team was very good. Cleanliness of the entire resort including pathways, water ponds can be improved."

"The hotel is located next to the sea. There is a buffet breakfast and free drinks and ice cream all day. There are few beach beds, not enough. There are free kayaking and fire shows. From the room, it is quite far to walk to the parking lot. The facilities in the room are sufficient."
