Accommodation Quality: Spacious, clean bungalows with scenic sea or garden views, though some are dated. Sea-view rooms are recommended for privacy. Bathrooms are large but lack storage space, with a few reports of maintenance issues.

The resort is at the end of the beach and has a large beach at low tide, the sea comes right up to the wall at high tide. They’ve done a great job with deck chairs and sun loungers under trees and there are hammocks, it is very relaxing. The resort probably was once really beautiful - you could describe it as rustic now. It needs some TLC. The showers by the pool are weak and the heads need a good clean, paths are broken up and the resort needs a general clean and attention to the finer details and finishes. For example, there was litter wedged in flower beds and behind the huts. There is a large pond in the middle with monitor lizards in which was really cool. The huts themselves were really basic - they boil during the day so the a/c takes a while to cool them down. Uncomfortable chairs on your patio and the wood in the hut is uneven and moves when you walk. The bathroom was huge but had barely anything in it - the drying rack for towels was tiny and there were no hooks on the walls. Curtains only just covered the windows so light trickles in and I am a light sleeper! The pool is hot, which was strange. The restaurant serves amazing food but they need to invest in some fans as it was boiling in there - you just want to eat and go. Staff were friendly and food from menu at lunch and dinner really lovely, breakfast a bit basic. You can hire kayaks but beware of the current (and wind can pick up). Had a massage there but wouldn’t recommend it - they didn’t seem as happy and friendly as elsewhere and the massage was not at all relaxing - I’ve had plenty and this was one of the worst.
