The room is clean, with two free bottles of mineral water, toiletries, hair dryer, small refrigerator and simple tea and coffee every day. The bathroom and bed are relatively large. The room is right on the beach, and it takes 3 to 5 seconds to walk directly to the beach. The hotel swimming pool, the spa on the beach and the natural coconut water are all good. The reasonable price is to rent electric bikes and motorcycles for 24 hours/250 baht/vehicle. We went there in early April, which is considered to be the off-season. The beach and the resort hotel are relatively quiet. There is a Thai restaurant Leo outside the hotel. The restaurant is very good, and there is also a supermarket opened by a Thai aunt. The boss did not give the guests rooms according to the reservation information of Ctrip.com. The rude and untidy front desk staff did not communicate with the guests and directly suggested that the guests cancel the order on the spot. The unreasonable boss could not communicate normally. He directly called 3 local Thai policemen, one of whom claimed to be a Chinese immigrant (the only policeman on the island who could speak Chinese). This policeman did not handle the problem from a fair standpoint at all. The police and the boss said together that the hotel had no relationship with China Ctrip.com. The police also said that the Chinese Embassy in Bangkok would not care about this matter. The policeman who could speak Chinese actively promoted his own resort hotel without solving the problem (trying to attract customers). The location of Zama Resort is very bad, There are no restaurants or supermarkets nearby. The rental of electric bikes and motorcycles is very expensive. The waiters are not well dressed. The service attitude of the boss and employees is extremely rude and bad.
