Very nice resort, everything was great and service was top! Many options to sit and relax including hammocks. Good food and clean swimming pool.

The hotel is amazing. There is everything what you need for your holiday.

Really nice place directly by the beach. Staff was amazing and very friendly and welcoming, as much as the owners themself. I would kindly recommend to take a room with AC and Not the cheaper with a fan. As a European I melted. But thats the weather and not the Hotel :D

The resort has everything you could want for a relaxing stay. There is a good atmosphere and bar area while also being a nice retreat from the craziness of the full moon party. The staff weee friendly and really helpful. We rented a motorbike from them and booked taxis with them. All reliable. The bungalows are my favourite that I’ve stayed in during my time in southern Thailand.

Nothing

The only saving grace is that it is close to the sea. You can look at the sea while lying on the bed, so there is no sense of privacy. The hygiene is really dirty. There are a lot of ants in the room, but it doesn't matter since it is a beach. However, if the cups are not washed, it is difficult to comment. The facilities are also very simple and the sewers are clogged.

Good accommodation, good atmosphere, good staff, recommended to stay, suitable for a group of friends. or come as a family

I live in the opposite Koh Samui hotel every time I come to Koh Phangan. I have stayed in the hotel almost 10 times. The hotels on this island are basically small in style, but the environment of this hotel is really beautiful. There is a bar in the yard The view of the sea view from the cottage is so beautiful, and the food in the restaurant is the best and cheap among similar hotels. The waiters are very kind. Every time we come, we live in this two-bedroom, one-living room house. It’s very convenient to bring children and you can also go by yourself. Let's cook and look at the photos

The outdoor property itself is really nice. Right by the beach, lots of beach chairs and things to lay down on and well maintained. The room however was not amazing. Having to bend down and fiddle with a finnicky padlock to open the door every time I want to enter and exit was super frustrating. This needs to be updated because its a big negative. The room also had no chair, table, cupboard, or hot water kettle and wasn't well lit. There were also a couple of lizards but they weren't a problem for me.

Absolutely amazing stay at Phangan beach resort!! Access to a pristine beach and pool. Well stocked beach bar and fabulous restaurant….. the staff are so attentive and friendly. The best place I have stayed on Ko Phangan, so looking forward to my next visit Highly recommended!!

When the padlock on my door failed to open and I was locked out of my bungalow, there was no one on reception to help with the issue. The resort also failed to answer my phone call to their own number

We stayed here for 4 nights in total. The views from the rooms are amazing (if staying in the beachfront villas) the staff were all extremely happy and helpful. We loved the beach and the bar the only reason I didn't give 5 stars was just due to the air con not being so strong and the shower drain didn't take water away properly meaning the whole bathroom area got wet. But this is Thailand and for the price, I really can't complain. Plus you are there for the views and enjoying the beach.

I was on a group tour and 3 of us walked along the beach and cut through to the main road. Out of the blue a woman comes running out of this hotel shouting at us about it being private property. Literally screaming (This was obviously not the first time it had happened) I was so shocked I calmly told her to calm down and we didn’t know where we were going., sorry. Her husband flew out shouting at us, telling us to “Come back, you’re trespassing! “ He was literally charging for us. We were very shaken for quite a while. We all thought he was going to hit me. If I was in England I would have called the Police. I was ashamed that he was a fellow Brit, talking to people like that. A disgrace to Thailand. Here’s a tip… how about putting up some PRIVATE PROPERTY signs? Not rocket science.

This is a really nice laid back beach resort, I had a beachfront bungalow which was awesome and very reasonable. it's a few kms out of town so transport is needed, I'd hired a scooter from town.
