Urban Room Samed

The staff were incredibly helpful and provided recommendations for everything. The accommodation is just a 5-minute walk from Saikaew Beach and a 15-minute walk to the pier. There are plenty of food options around the hotel, including a 7-Eleven right next door. The price is also very reasonable.

Service: The service was great. Facilities: The facilities were excellent. Cleanliness: Very clean and well-maintained. Environment: The environment was much better than expected, truly, much, much better! The room also smelled lovely, though the air freshener was a bit strong. It's just a three-minute walk to the beach.

Normally, I'm too lazy to write lengthy reviews for bad experiences, but this one was exceptionally bad, and I just *had* to say something. Only two words: I regret it! The male staff member at the front desk had terrible service; he was cold and impatient 🙄. Who wants to pay good money to travel all this way just to be met with such an icy reception? The room was tiny; there was barely any space to stand once my suitcase was open. The bathroom layout was completely impractical. You had to close the door just to use the sink, and you had to stand in the bathtub to shower. Oh, and there were geckos too.
