It was a fabulous stay. Close to the beach and to the town it was an excellent place to enjoy both. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I will stay here again next time I visit Koh Samet

Extremely bad hotel. Everything is old, dirty, and in need of repair. The blankets didn't have duvet covers. The location is inconvenient. I couldn't stay there and moved to another hotel the next day. I wasn't able to get a refund for the remaining 4 nights. I doubt I'll ever return to this hotel. I do not recommend it.

The room is simple but cozy. The hosts are friendly, and it's clean and comfortable. The beach, 7-Eleven, and cafes are all within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay.

The only redeeming qualities of our stay at this hotel were the beautiful sea and its location. The beach is fantastic, just a three-minute walk away, and the waves were amazing. However, I would never want to stay here again. The smell of mold was disgusting. The blanket didn't even have a duvet cover. There's zero soundproofing. In the bathroom, there's nowhere to even put a bar of soap, let alone other toiletries. Please, just add a small shelf! There aren't many mid-range hotel options on the island, and we visited during peak season, so we didn't have other choices. On a positive note, the owner is very friendly, provides lots of information and tips, and speaks a little English.

Everything was great, we only stayed for one night. The beach nearby is stunning!

Nothing fancy, just a room. The staff was friendly and polite. In my opinion, the price is a bit high, but that's just my two cents.

Less than 10 minutes wslk to beach and main street with shops and restaurants. Beach towels available free of charge. Hardly no dpace to hang out clothes. Room is very humid such that clothes and towels do not dry. No ventilation in bath room.

Close to the beach, although it's up a small incline. The hotel itself is clean, and the staff are friendly. They even provide special beach towels! 👍🏻 It's quiet and not noisy.

Good for the island, it lives up to its 3-star rating. Hot water, quiet air conditioning, two 0.6L bottles of water, a kettle, a beach bag, and beach towels are all provided.

Room is nice, quite cheap look but it's the Samet style. Bathroom is united, so you shower next to the toilet. Miss Hong provides beach towels, so that's a plus. No need to buy them or wash your own. Lots of lizards create homely atmosphere (they were in common area, not in rooms). Coffee shop is closed, so can't have breakfast in the building. Water pressure is good. Noise from the street is loud and clear, windows provide no sound dampening. All in all I won't come back here. I don't know why do this.

Very cozy place just 5 min walk away from the beach and 5 min walk away from the bars and shops. Very good for couples

The hotel is small but cozy. Everything is within walking distance, including a 7/11 nearby. Cafes and bars, a market, and everything is nearby. Soundproofing is a bit limited. It's clean and comfortable, but the room is very small. There's water, soap, and cleaning service, all good. However, there are cars driving around at night, so it might be a bit of a hassle for light sleepers, but the price makes up for it.

The cheapest rooms are very tired; ask for a slightly more expensive one, they're better. The owner didn't have a bike for rent. The linens and towels were clean and fresh. Beach towels are available. There's a clothes dryer on the roof. Hot water is always available. The refrigerator and air conditioner work. There's a small courtyard to sit in the evening. It's a fairly quiet place, the main beach is a 5-minute walk away. There are also shops and cafes. Overall, it's not bad, but you should consider a more expensive room on the second floor.

Well, the room I had originally booked wasn't available, so I got another room. The air conditioning didn't work, so I moved to yet another room, which was smaller than the one I had booked and had only one bathroom without a sink (see photo). So I had to change rooms again, and the third room was finally okay. In conclusion: if I had gotten the third room right away, I would have been completely satisfied with my stay, but constantly changing rooms was annoying.
