My expectations were already high, but the staff went above and beyond and truly exceeded them. Every interaction felt professional, warm, and attentive, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Avani Chaweng Samui Hotel & Beach Club has a trendy and vibrant atmosphere, with a beautiful beachfront setting and a great location near shops and food places in Chaweng. The room was comfortable, clean, and stylish, and the overall stay felt relaxing and enjoyable. A special thank you as well for the complimentary birthday room decoration and birthday cake prepared during my stay. It was a thoughtful gesture that made my birthday feel extra memorable and heartwarming. One issue we encountered was that the iron provided was stained and unfortunately damaged my new blouse while ironing. However, I appreciated that the team tried their best to provide service recovery and assist with the situation professionally and politely. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay, and we truly enjoyed the experience at the hotel.
