Out of this world! Words cannot express how amazing my stay was, each and every detail was so well thought out, absolutely beautiful in every possible way. The staff, the food, the drinks, the setting, the feeding of the elephants, the extras and more extras, the special touches-the surprises, I could go on and on!! I feel like I’ve had the most magical stay and cannot wait to go back next year. Thank you to all the staff for making me feel so special every moment of every day!

Wonderful hotel! We really enjoyed everything; you feel a true connection with nature here. They have various entertainment activities scheduled at the hotel. There are many thoughtful little touches in the villa. We tried the local restaurant's cuisine and liked it, though the prices were above average. Thank you, I will recommend it!

Everything was wonderful, from breakfast to lunch, the pool, and the room. We simply loved it. We will definitely come back. The activities, like feeding the elephants, were also special. The elephants were adorable, and the hotel's facilities and aesthetics were perfect. However, the service at the front desk and in the restaurant could be improved.

This hotel is terrible. You can't use a credit card for a deposit. There are bugs and a terrible odor. The pool is tiny and the hotel is completely inhumane, full of mosquitoes. The design is terrible and the feng shui is bad. The owners are a French couple who really despise Chinese people. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Avoid it.
