Booked a City View room but ended up with a parking lot view instead. The mirror design offers no privacy, so the curtains have to stay closed all the time. The tower also feels old and poorly maintained, which made the stay quite disappointing. However, the location is good and convenient.

Great central location within walking distance of restaurants, lively nightlife and Chaweng beach. Rooms are quite small for two adults and very basic. Good overall value

It is impossible not to confuse hotel entrances and exits. The first ones to arrive are definitely having a problem.
The exit of the hotel is on the 3rd floor
One night I couldn't sleep because there were people fighting in the rooms. I didn't find the hotel suitable for a family with children.

Had a bad experience because the room I was given was very poor, facing the parking lot and too close. I had to keep the curtains drawn all day, and the room smelled musty. The only good thing about it was its location, right next to Central Samui.

Spent there a week of vacation with my mom. The best experience ever. I love the location of the hotel. Right next to the Central shopping mall and really close to the beach! I would love to repeat the experience

The hotel is just beside a mall call central sumui.with alots of shops and eatery. And also a nigh market open everyday. 10min walk to the beach ⛱️ recommended

The room was very clean, but there weren't any extra amenities. It's not a resort, just a good place to sleep. Suitable for solo travelers, but not ideal for couples or families.

Basic hotel but for what you pay its good enough. Unfortunately the windows/l can’t open and there is no balcony. But overall its good enough.
Many people complain about not able to find the reception/room but once they explain its clear. See photo!

The hotel was lovely! Very clean, friendly staff and right in the centre of everything so no need for taxis. I would definitely recommend staying here for families / couples etc. The room was spacious, with plenty of storage and a nice bathroom too. It helps that there is a self laundry room too for 49 baht.
The only thing I’d say is there could have been a hairdryer in the room but I wouldn’t say it’s essential.

Good location, next to Central Samui. The bed is comfy but the power socket in my room works not so well.

Great time and great stay at Cosi. Unbeatable location in the center of Chaweng close to the beach and bars/restaurant. Good vibe in the hotel and great pool and co working space also there is the ability to book tours and ferry’s inside the hotel which is useful. Super nice staff which make the stay even better, especially Mr T. Would stay again!

I would give it 5 stars if the room was easier to find. It is difficult to find your room without a guide due to the multiple buildings. Otherwise, a very good stay in a great location.
Also, I will add that there are a lot of tourists hanging out in the lobby all day so it feels like a hostel. Not the best for travelers who want a private, quiet experience.
