Love the room with pool, bath tub. Great choices of breakfast, great services and hospitalities.

This hotel has stunning views and an amazing breakfast. The room was spacious and even had a private pool, but I found it a bit unsafe for young children. My curious little one, who is also able to open balcony doors, kept running out to the balcony, and I was constantly worried they might fall into the pool. I'd suggest installing a child safety lock high up on the balcony door. The beach was beautiful, and my child had a fantastic time playing there. The complimentary Kalamae dessert was delicious, and the wooden toys in the room were a big hit with my kid.

This isn't a bad hotel, but I expected more from a Luxury Collection property. They were re-laying the decking around the main pool during our stay. Why couldn't this have been done in May or November, when tourist numbers on Koh Samui are at their lowest? The hotel was built in 2013, but it looks older, and it's not well-maintained. The gym equipment is very old, not up to the standard of this type of hotel. The main pool also feels outdated and is quite small when there are a lot of people in it. The breakfast is good, with an à la carte option. Housekeeping is twice a day, and there's a buggy service. No complaints about the service.

My wife and I were on our honeymoon, and I had briefly informed the hotel beforehand. We stayed in a sea view suite, and they prepared different surprises for us on both days, which was very impressive! Thank you, Vana Belle, for your thoughtful arrangements. My wife and I had a wonderful experience.

Pros: The sea view is excellent, and the beach is also very nice. The room comes with a private pool, and the transportation is convenient with a 7-Eleven right outside. Cons: The hotel is a bit small, most items in the mini-bar are chargeable, breakfast is average, and the price is quite high, around 6000 a night. Overall, the value for money is just so-so.

The rooms are great, and the service is excellent. The hotel provides shuttle service for getting around the property. The private beach is absolutely beautiful with incredibly fine sand. While the room rate isn't cheap, it's definitely worth it. I'll choose Vana Belle again on my next visit!

Extremely satisfied! Very friendly to Chinese guests, even the breakfast menu is in Chinese. The butler service was excellent, helping us book restaurants and activities. The staff were all very enthusiastic. It wasn't too crowded, and the spa was great too. The location is perfect, not too far from outside restaurants and night markets. Highly recommend!

Our third stay — and still favorite hotel with the best beach on Koh Samui! And once again, our experience confirmed why we keep coming back. As returning guests, we already had certain expectations based on our previous stays, and initially the rooms we were given didn’t quite meet them. We are especially grateful to our manager, SUNNY. He arranged an upgrade for both of our rooms, and we truly appreciated how professionally and thoughtfully he handled the situation. It made a real difference to our stay. We would also like to thank PAMELA for her wonderful attention to our family. Sunny Pamela, thank you for all the lovely compliments and gifts waiting for us in our rooms every single day. These thoughtful touches made us feel very welcome and were such a pleasant surprise throughout our stay. And a special mention to the wonderful lady JEAB at the restaurant. Always smiling, friendly, attentive, and full of positive energy, she somehow managed to turn even a simple breakfast into a little celebration. It was a pleasure to start every morning with you. VANNA BELLE, thank you to the entire team for another memorable stay. It is the people, the thoughtful details, and the genuine hospitality that make this hotel so special for our family. Traveling with family, the room, environment, and dining were all good. However, the price was outrageous. The entire hotel's resources were monopolized, and a 5 billion fine is still too little.

Friendly staff, delicious breakfasts and a lot of different services in the hotel - spa and fitness room, as well as a restaurant for lunch or dinner, a very good hotel - I recommend to visit.

The hotel is very new, the environment and dining are good, and it's also very convenient for getting around.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The hotel view is stunning; our room overlooked an endless sea view, which was so relaxing. The butler was also very attentive and thoughtful. When they found out we had an upset stomach, they immediately arranged for ginger tea. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Koh Samui! 👍

Romi's service was incredibly warm and attentive. The hotel's location is excellent – very quiet, yet not too far from all the good restaurants.
