Friendly staff, delicious breakfasts and a lot of different services in the hotel - spa and fitness room, as well as a restaurant for lunch or dinner, a very good hotel - I recommend to visit.

We had good time at the hotel, service was very good, particularly Alex, he took good care of us from the beginning till end. Food was very good as well

The service was terrible. We were told our room would be changed at 11 AM, and the butler even repeatedly reminded us to be ready by then. We packed our bags on time and waited, but no one came to pick us up. They were completely unpunctual and made us wait for over half an hour in the heat, completely wasting our time. For a price of 10,000 RMB a night, this experience was truly disappointing; we didn't receive the service we paid for. To make matters worse, the complimentary dessert on the first night was covered in tiny bugs, and they didn't even bother to cover it. Just awful.

Fantastic experience and great hotel with good spa and beach access. Breakfast was great too. Service outstanding, specially with the adorable staff member Chika who made our trip truly unforgettable with a lot of special arrangements.

Best experience at this hotel. The spa was amazing. The two therapist which we used were Apple and smile. Both were absolutely wonderful and helped with my tendinitis in my arm. The staff and the manager Porsche did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. I must say the breakfast is the best, the croissants and pastries Were just like ones in Paris highly recommend. 

Never have I experienced such great service standards. This is better than any other hotel that we’ve ever stayed in. We reached early at about 10 o’clock and a room was immediately given to us even though the check-in time was at 3 p.m. Not just that, you are also offered a complementary breakfast in the morning as we waited for the room to get ready. Every small thing and detail was taken care of, and the service was so warm. I think anybody looking to stay near the happening area of Sehmi should consider this hotel.

This hotel lives up to the standards of a Luxury Hotel. We were very impressed with the staff at the Hotel. There is a Chinese service at the front desk.Miss PeiPei`s service is very good.She speaks Chinese very well. We would like to return to this hotel if we have hte chance to experience a wonderful holiday.

Very warm and professional service, great food. I stayed 3 nights with my family. we need to catch an evening flight, and I talked with Pei Pei, she helped to sort out late checkout which is very kind. Excellent experience!

The hotel is top-notch in the services, design and facilities. I feel so relaxed when I’m here. The staff made us feel like home! Highly recommended!!

The hotel service is excellent and definitely we will stay again next time to Koh Samui.
