The room a stayed in was very spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place is right on the beach so relaxation at the pool and the beach was amazing. It was quite a walk from good restaurants and night life but overall a good experience.

The hotel itself is small, green, with good rooms. But the hotel manager, this is absolutely not about Thailand and Thais. It all started at check-in. At first, they couldn't find our reservation made through trip.com. They said there was no reservation and either pay in cash or leave. After our request to trip.com, the reservation was found, it turns out that trip.com does not book directly, but through Agoda. Then the manager said that we booked a room, not a bungalow. We show the reservation where the bungalow is, she says that she has a room in her Agoda reservation. We write to trip.com support again. Since the manager does not agree under any circumstances and is already quite nervous and starts yelling, we find an option with trip.com support, we pay an extra 500 baht per day for a bungalow, and trip.com compensates us with bonuses. I go to the manager with this news, that the problem is solved, she does not even understand what the matter is, again starts yelling and hysterically. At the same time, we are absolutely calm all the time and have not even raised our voices. Okay, the problem is solved, we checked into a good bungalow, it is excellent, spacious and well-maintained. The beach in this place is gorgeous, empty with white sand. The low tides are noticeable but not critical, you can go further. The pool is small, but clean and constantly looked after. In general, we continue to relax, we forgot everything, we walk around smiling at everyone. We met a friend who stayed in a neighboring hotel. She came to our hotel grounds to chat, sat on a nearby sun lounger, washed her feet from the sand in the hotel shower. On the second day, the same manager again went hysterical, shouting that non-guests are not allowed on the territory, here is a bill for 1000 baht, because this is your guest. Ok, you can’t, but come up and explain calmly, without shouting and invoices, we will understand even such strange rules that guests of guests are not allowed to enter the hotel grounds. At the same time, we are absolutely not problematic, we have traveled half the world for 30 years and we encounter such jokes for the first time. And half of the hotel guests, because of such a "friendly" atmosphere, move somewhere after 2-3 days, and sometimes even the next day. We personally saw how the same manager threw a tantrum when communicating with a grandmother and grandson, hotel guests, because she did not like that the grandmother asked the staff to take her beds out to the sand. As a result, the grandmother moved to a neighboring hotel the next day.

When checking into the hotel, the receptionist said that they didn't see my booking and their hotel doesn't work with Trip and either pay (they have rooms) or it's not their problem. It was impossible to call support at that time, since it was night in Moscow. About forty minutes later, while I was trying to figure something out on my own, the receptionist said that they already saw the booking, but not the payment) there were still gray hairs on my head while she was calling her footstool - they saw the payment and checked me in, but my mood was spoiled for no reason. What it was - I still don't understand, either the receptionist's incompetence, since Trip doesn't book directly, but through other sites like Agoda, and she found my booking on a site I hadn't heard of, or there was an error in Trip, it's unknown. The hotel is very average, more of an economy class.

The room facilities are average, the service attitude is very good, the environment and swimming pool hygiene are very good, the restaurant has a good price/performance ratio, and I am generally satisfied with it. It is worth recommending.

The resort is very beautiful. Good location next to the beach I really like coconut trees. Looking out to sea with coconut trees is extremely beautiful and quiet. Swim in the pool. Shops seem to only open for breakfast. Food is available as you please. Some days you can't choose. Eat as much as you have. Let me deduct the food. Everything else is good and I'm thirsty. I'm hungry and don't know who to order. You have to buy water and food to eat yourself.

I've been living here for 4 days now. The location is super!!! For those looking for a calm, measured holiday - here. I live in a villa overlooking the sea ⛵. Gorgeous view from the terrace and even from the room. Of course it's a little expensive. The hotel is old. They are trying to be seen. Renovations are underway in some of the houses. There is also construction in the neighboring area. A little noisy, but the view of the sea covers everything. Nice pool. Everything is within walking distance, such as cafes, restaurants, many spa salons, exchange offices (not a very favorable rate, the best exchange office is near the entrance to the central beach, blue), breakfasts and the menu in the restaurant is not large, but you can choose if you don’t want to go out in the heat outside. The room is clean and cleaned. Nearby there is a super market and a fruit stand!!! The beach is gorgeous, there are no people, it’s calm. I recommend!!! There are also inexpensive rooms and villas with garden views.

The accommodation is close to everything. Can walk straight away There are complete facilities, but there are a lot of mosquitoes. Prepare a spray too.

I'd loved to give a 5 * rating but...... Starting with the negatives. First impression: the rooms need renovating, sooner than later. Some truly annoying issues in the room: 1. The front door handle often pinches your fingers (very painful). (A piece was added to the door frame) 2. No thin curtains but heavy ones that, if left open, allow everyone at the pool or at the restaurant to see inside your room. Since we had a bungalow with sea view overlooking the pool, it was either a sea view or no privacy. 3. No hot water in the shower! Only lukewarm or warm at best because of the small ineffective wall-mounted water heater (see photo). Since we had bad weather the whole week, a hot shower would have been very welcome. 4. No hooks for hanging towels near the sink, only one bottle of soap to carry between the shower and the sink, and insufficient lighting. 5. Breakfast: below par compared to other hotels, it's not a buffet, but set menus that were poor: 1 cup of coffee, two or three slices of bread, 10g of butter, and 10g of jam and eggs or salad... Look at the photos. We knew this in advance (reviews), but still we left the table hungry. 6. Mosquitoes - you will X will have a problem, even though they provide you with a repellent spray. We had to buy an electric mosquito repellent (pharmacies) to ensure mosquito-free nights. 7. Finally, the price is really too high and should be cut by half. Now the positive: 1. The silence: this hotel was absolutely peaceful. It's far enough from the center of Chaweng and its nightclubs. Moreover, since we had a bungalow, there were no adjoining walls with another room so noise from neighbors wasn't an issue. A Warning: the beachfront bungalow is literally right on the beach and very close to the sea; the sound of the waves at night might even be a bit loud if you're a light sleeper. 2. The beach, just steps from our room, is the longest on Ko Samui. We could therefore enjoy long walks at any time of day or night. 3. The bar prices are the lowest I've ever seen in hotels. Coffee (80 THB), fruit juice (100 THB), or sodas (20 THB). The numerous dishes offered for lunch are also reasonably priced. 4. This hotel is small and the pool as well, so there aren't many guests and, during our stay, no children. This created a calm and relaxing atmosphere, without any competition from the beach loungers. A word of warning to light sleepers: I should mention that we still could hear some noise most of the nights from the nightclubs in Chaweng Center, with the powerful bass of their speakers. But it was low enough and not at all bothersome. I have no doubt whatsoever that any hotel closer to the center will suffer from annoying noise most of the night. A word about service: My first review was written while I was there, and I gave a 5 * (despite the negatives) because of the excellence of the service. We stayed in a bungalow for ten days. A few steps from the pool, and some more to the beach. I loved this place, not a Hilton hotel, but good enough if you want normal standard. Friendly and helpful staff. Not everyone speak good English, but the staff in the reception does. Next time, on Samui, I probably come back here.

A super nice bungalow with very friendly staff. I unfortunately had to be admitted to the hospital, and the owner came by with flowers, which was so sweet. Later, she even brought some things, all free of charge. I'll definitely come back here next time and I highly recommend it.

Amazing setting, cute huts, superb value for money and great staff. Perfect pool and right on the beach. Simple but adequate breakfast and served with a huge smile. Now stayed twice and will be coming back. Don't think twice, just book it!
