Absolutely fantastic stay at The Privilege Hotel Ezra, Koh Samui! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful with absolutely everything. No request ever felt like too much. We arranged all of our trip bookings with them in the mornings, had our laundry done through the hotel, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The breakfast was really good with plenty to enjoy, and the rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very well thought out — there is genuinely a place for everything. We also loved the little extra touches, like the complimentary snacks and the well-stocked mini fridge. It made the stay feel that much more special. Overall, everything was extremely well done. The service, cleanliness, comfort, convenience, and attention to detail were all excellent. For the price you pay, the value is outstanding. We had such a great experience and would absolutely recommend The Privilege Hotel Ezra to anyone staying in Koh Samui. 🌴✨

Overall a good stay with some pros and cons Our stay was overall okay. The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming! The pool is absolutely amazing, the breakfast was nice, and we really appreciated the free treats in the minibar. The room itself was very small, but still felt cozy and pampering. As for the location, it is not the best—it is close to the pier but quite far from the main central area. On the downside, they charged us an extra 100 Baht per night just for an extra blanket, which felt unnecessary. Also, the extra bed we paid for was actually just a sofa bed that was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.

Amazing hotel. Staff are incredibly friendly. Room was spotless and the aircon was great! Pool is cleaned daily and even saw the staff testing the water which is a nice touch. Additionally the beach is swept and cleaned daily as well. Nice welcome drink presented at check in with welcome snack in the room. Great location as well with restaurants in the vicinity. Definitely recommend and will be back

Unfortunately, this was the biggest disappointment of our Thailand trip. We booked two Sea View rooms and were placed on the ground floor. The biggest issue was the complete lack of privacy. Unlike the other Sea View rooms, ours had no sheer curtains—only blackout curtains. This meant we had to choose between sitting in a dark room or allowing guests at the pool, restaurant and bar to look directly into our room and even towards the bathroom. The room itself also did not meet the standard we expected from a four-star hotel. We found mold in the bathroom, moisture damage with peeling paint around the air-conditioning vent, dirty blinds and glass panels, and there was a noticeable musty smell. The hotel was also extremely noisy. There was a pool table directly outside our room where guests played loudly until around 10:30 p.m. Because our room was next to the bar, we could hear staff cleaning and tidying up late into the evening. Early every morning we were woken by noise from the pool area and maintenance work. The building is also poorly soundproofed—we could even hear guests in the room above us coughing and walking around. Another disappointing experience was breakfast. One of my sons suffered from stomach problems during our trip through Thailand. In every other hotel, it was never an issue for him to take a small breakfast back to the room. Here, despite paying for breakfast for four people (two double rooms) while only two of us actually ate in the restaurant, this became a discussion almost every morning. We were even told to order room service instead and pay extra. We raised all of these concerns with the hotel and spent a great deal of time discussing possible solutions. Unfortunately, despite many conversations and apologies, we did not feel that a meaningful resolution was found. In the end, we received two restricted 10% vouchers, which did not feel appropriate considering the overall experience. The location and the sea view are beautiful, but unfortunately they cannot make up for the lack of privacy, the room condition, the noise, and the way our concerns were ultimately handled. Based on our experience, this hotel did not meet the standard we expect from a four-star property, and we would not choose to stay here again.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights in a Deluxe Sea View room. Although we arrived quite late, we still received a very warm welcome, and the staff in general were always friendly and helpful. The location is also quite good, as it sits right on the beach and makes arranging transport very easy. Unfortunately, the room itself was dirty. The sheets had stains and a few small holes, and two of the four pillowcases were also stained. Additionally, the room had a bad odor and there was mold in the shower. While the view was lovely, the lack of cleanliness was a major downside.

This place was the highlight of our trip! The pool was great, the rooms were spacious and most importantly the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. We’d definitely recommend here!

The room was clean and spacious, and the bedding was comfortable. The pool was absolutely stunning for photos! Right outside the hotel pool is the beach, and there are plenty of convenient restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The front desk staff were gentle and attentive, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. It's a perfect spot to watch the sunset, making it my top choice for a relaxing getaway.

I accidentally took the key with me and they told me how to return it without too much trouble or cost. Really nice service.

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. It’s a bit smaller and more peaceful, with fewer people, which made the atmosphere really relaxing. I truly enjoyed being there every single day. All the staff were quite young and incredibly friendly, always making us feel welcome. The breakfast had a smaller selection, but everything you need was there and it was always fresh and enjoyable. The bed was honestly a 10/10 – so comfortable that it was hard to leave it. I was genuinely sad to leave this hotel and I would happily come back anytime in the future. I highly recommend staying here.

The pool is great and the staff are very nice. Rooms are clean and the wifi is excellent. The breakfast was pretty nice and they prepared a takeaway breakfast for our early flight.

Spacious room with view of the ocean. Good sized pool with hot tub and on the beach. Good restaurants, convenience stores and spas located nearby. Staff was helpful and attentive.

The hotel front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful; they even upgraded me to a poolside room. I booked this hotel specifically for its beautiful pool, which did not disappoint. The hotel is conveniently located right on the main road, directly across from a row of pubs, restaurants, and a 7-Eleven. Highly recommend! 😀
