The staff are very friendly and helpful, always with a smile and right attitude. The food is good although the menu is a bit limited, should have more choices.
The internet signal and speed were quite weak and frustrating at times.
Everything else was great, the resort is quite beautiful and my favorite on the whole beach.
Jay (the general manager) was phenomenal and very attentive.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant food was delicious and it has an amazing beach. We stayed in a beach front room and it was absolutely wonderful.

Great quiet hotel. The beach is great. The rooms are cleaned poorly, but this is Tai. If you want silence, take a bungalow or a villa. The noise in the rooms is terrible. Doors slam loudly. Breakfasts are regular

The front desk of the hotel has a good attitude and the environment is quite satisfactory
Old hotel facilities
Travel is quite convenient, there is 711 right outside the hotel
But there are no deck chairs in the swimming pool, which is a failure💁🏽♀️

Visited this hotel to enquire about rates as have always looked at it and nearly booked it for this year. Wanted to ask a few questions in planning for next years trip. Was greeted by ‘R’ on reception. Sadly she was incredibly rude and unhelpful towards me. She did not offer any help at all and was highly dismissive. That set the tone of the level of service I feel I would receive at this hotel. Management need to address this with staff.

After having been acknowledged by the service staff at the beach side restaurant and bar we used their facilties for 5 days consecutively, on the one day we were met with hostility by the manager at reception as we were entering being told thst entering and using the bar and restaurant is forbidden. The manner in communication was not good, we asked to speak to the manager service staff evaded this occuring.

The service here was great - the general manager JJ proactively seeks to improve guests’ stays. I’d recommend making a relationship with him if you can. The stay otherwise was solid, especially for the price ($2k Baht per night). Feels very couple/family oriented, so wasn’t ideal for me traveling solo.
