The hotel has a private beach, a swimming pool, the location is great, there are a lot of restaurants and massage places near the restaurant. Lamai night market also is a walking distance. The restaurant by the beach is great, we enjoyed the breakfast by the sea, the prices at the restaurant are a bit pricey but having a coconut juice by the beach is worth it. The amenities overall were good, 4 stars for cleanness because the air con was dirty inside out. The dust was visible on the top of AC and the air wasn’t fresh.

Perfect hotel if you want to be quiet and rest. Good breakfast. Very clean and spacious rooms. (I recommend a villa) pool and beach with many sun loungers. And very good massages inside the hotel. The beach is very good and quiet, many places to eat and drink near the hotel.

Great hotel by the beach! Our room was more towards the street rather than beachfront but it was a great central location and the room was huge and beautiful! Great air conditioning and a nice patio with 2 chairs and a table for us to enjoy our coffee. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and available 24 hours. We checked in late at 10pm so this was a nice feature to have them on site!

We love this hotel! Perfect location in Lamai beach, right on the beach front and close to the night market.  Very friendly helpful staff, nice rooms. We will definitely be back!

2nd stay here and remains top class. Booked a larger room but was on 3rd floor, couldn't smoke on balcony, no elevator and not as good bathroom and they were happy to accommodate my switch request. Staff are friendly, helpful with a ready smile. Rooms cleaned spotlessly, great location on the beach and has the weekly fireshow out the front. Would 100% choose to stay again

Hotel is a bit older. I think we had the oldest room in there 😂 but service, people and also breakfast including was super good. They really cares how you feel and if you are satisfied. So at all... I can't say anything wrong. People are very helpful if you need anything. It was nice stay. I can recommend 👌💯

Thai House beach is right on the beach and located on a very convenience Town, where you can walking to restaurants. Coffee shops and laundry mat.

No doubt, one of the best beach hotels in Koh Samui, in terms of the private beach access and various types of rooms. Although looked old, but no issues with the cleanliness. It scored only four stars in cleanliness due to the ongoing renovation works at the swimming pools.

Well-maintained grounds, first line. No hot water issues. No insects. Coffee machine. Excellent breakfast.

The hotel has the best beach with sun loungers. The hotel is great, we'll be happy to return.
