cold water in showers. my towel was stolen by a lady and then returned back after i asked for it. I got a mouse in my bed that bite me. there was a hole in door and he was running away and returning back over again. really bad experience this time. they should be more over of the guests and tgeir service in the future.

Extremely unpleasant. I booked and paid weeks in advance for 3 bungalows for a family of 6. Upon check in, they say they can only offer 2 rooms. And we have to go to another place for the third room. We were not willing to stay separately due to safety concerns. We ended up cramping 4 in one of the rooms, with one sleeping on the floor. And they refuse to fully refund us for the room that they were not able to provide. And it was not mentioned in trip.com that rooms has no aircond, only one rusty wall fan. Cockroaches, bed bugs, mosquitoes, mites and ect. Bathroom flush not working. We were having difficulty sleeping, will check out tomorrow morning. Hotel check out time is 10am. And stained sheets and pillowcases. 600 bath taxi fees to reach here from the pier. Staff were helpful. I blame this unpleasant stay to the owner and upper management.

A bungalow right by the water. There's a pier where you can watch fish, and the underwater world is very beautiful. That's about it. It's a very steep climb up the stairs to the reception and the road. I walked briskly for two minutes, but the stairs are very steep. The nearest shops and any other place to live are about a 20-minute walk away, and the walk back uphill is steep. The wooden bungalow is tired, and everything that comes with it (bedding, towels) is also tired. No refrigerator!

Great location. The bungalow is quiet, you can only hear the sound of the sea. The bungalows are simple but clean, everything you need is there. The only thing missing was a water heater, but we knew there was no hot water, so we knew what we were getting into. Value for money - 10/10

This view is amazing and the place is very accommodating to anything you might need. Great food. Plenty to do. Not to mention SO MANY SEA TURTLES 😍🐢

Extremely dirty and bugs in every corner of the bungalow. Location is amazing, worth maybe staying 1 night for the location but be prepared for some unwanted company
