AC 2 Resort

It is very difficult to evaluate the hotel as everything depends on the room you have chosen, there is construction on the territory and this concerns not only this hotel but the whole Siri Beach. We chose one of the decent options with a side view of the sea, this is building B, on the second floor the sea is slightly visible. On the first floor the rooms are dark because there is a lot of greenery around the room. There is a building under construction nearby, so it is noisy, pools are being dug in, there are rooms with a view of the garden, in fact, they are overlooking the building materials, and they are also very dark. Our room was large, bright and cozy, minus - there was no hot water, only cool, only a tropical shower, smelled terribly of a towel. We took water every day at the reception, which is located in the cafe. The location is good, in the evenings we did not hear noise from nearby cafes

A wonderful atmospheric hotel! In the very tourist center of Koh Tao, on the most popular street, from the balcony on the second floor you can see the sea, to the beach - just cross the street and cafe, to the pier on foot 20 minutes leisurely! Very beautiful room, panoramic windows, large balcony overlooking the sea, garden. There were three of us in a double room, we hoped that they would give us an extra bed for our daughter (15 years old), but we were given a triple room at no extra charge! At the reception they organized a trip around the island the next day! Many thanks for everything!

Let's start with the room: Superior Villa. Beautiful and scenic in the photos. Spacious, designer furniture, huge bathroom but... first of all it smelled of mold. Once the problem was pointed out, it only got better. In fact, a bathroom without even a window or an extractor fan, well, some humidity inconvenience is to be expected. The decorations, all woven wicker, are beautiful but... dusty. Avoid if you are allergic to mites. To enter the room, instead of a practical lock, a cellar padlock. Insulated electrical wires a bit haphazardly near the shower. The soap and shampoo dispensers in the bathroom were a great idea, too bad the one on the sink was similar to watered-down dish soap. The idea of ​​cleaning the room at the customer's request is also great. The two free bottles per day are given to you at reception. Only two bottles. Sparing. The place facing the sea (AC2 restaurant) does not have sunbeds on the beach but uncomfortable sofas made from pallets. Comfortable bed, plenty of shower water, lots of electrical outlets around. However, for the price paid, per night without breakfast, I can't tolerate dust or mold smell. Very friendly staff.

Very nice room next to the sea and in the small main street so everything is nearby. Too bad we came across it during construction work, the hotel is expanding. The workmen started around 10am. View of the work, too bad, apart from that, the room was clean and very original, breakfast taken at the hotel on the beach.
