The hotel is in a great location with beautiful views and a lovely atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. It's quiet and spacious. The reception staff, the porters who helped with our luggage, and the restaurant staff all provided excellent service. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices. We truly felt relaxed and refreshed. The free shuttle bus service to the pier, timed with the boat schedules, was very convenient.

I had a lovely stay here in a garden view bungalow. Room was nice, pool was incredible. Turns out there are two other pools which I didn’t get around to trying. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. As with most resorts, it’s very couples oriented. Not the sort of place you go to meet other travellers but a wonderful place to escape to.

Great location, but the room's cleanliness could use some improvement. The bathroom in my room didn't have a door. Some of the restaurant staff weren't very active. Overall though, it was pretty good, especially since I got to see turtles and the transportation was convenient.

Haadtien resort was amazing! Beautiful view and perfect breakfast. We stayed for 3 nights and we loved it! They have shuttle but free to Sairee beach and pier.

Location 5/5 hospitality 1/5 Almost no one says good morning or anything when passing. Breakfast can be really crowded with no place and waiting times. We ordered GF pancakes which were rare/undercooked. The response was ok sorry. Also the egg station is crowded and this reflects in the guy making them being irritated and unfriendly. Sunbeds at the pool are sometimes claimed really early cause there aren’t many beds, which forces people to lay on the grass. They provide kajak and sup boards which are great and free of charge. Beach is absolute beautiful!

Beautiful beach, secluded and privacy. Room was absolutely beachfront but not quite functional. Door cannot locked properly and cleanliness is not up to international standards. Staff were friendly in general although occasionally some of them appeared not quite in a good mood. Breakfast was fine. Not fancy but not too bad. Food was a bit pricey.

Best experience ever, the location was nice, the room is splendid and the view, oh my gosh, awesome! Staff is nice, friendly, service are really good. I request a decoration in the room and they did it really nicely. One thing keep in mind is breakfast is mediocre, we are fine with it and the second day we just went out to have brunch in cafe in town instead. But this is so understandable. You need to have motorcycle to be able to comfortably traveling between hotel and the city, otherwise, it is a bit hussle if you need to wait for shutterbus.

The atmosphere is excellent, convenient, clean, and safe.

Beautiful bay, well-maintained grounds, three pools. However, the bungalows are old and need renovation. There's nothing nearby, so a car is necessary, although there is a free shuttle to 'civilization.' Despite all that, it's a great resort and we had the best experience!

The room was spacious and well-equipped, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel had a lovely ambiance.

Set in the middle of paradise this is an ideal getaway. Skip the rooms with the splash pool as there are enough options on the grounds.

Extremely disappointing experience. If I could give minus five stars, I would. Our suitcase was damaged by the hotel staff while being handled, right in front of us. Despite this, customer service accused us of lying and denied responsibility, even though the incident is verifiable via their security cameras. The way they handled it was unprofessional, disrespectful, and significantly ruined our vacation experience, especially since we're on our honeymoon. The hotel refused to offer adequate compensation. Furthermore, the room quality is poor and doesn't match the standard advertised. Even basic huts in Sinai are better. Given the multitude of negative reviews from other guests, it seems this isn't an isolated incident but rather a pattern of dismissive and unprofessional conduct. Don't be swayed by the hotel's beautiful facade. Learn from the mistakes of others – there's a reason they're rated so poorly here and on ***********. Not recommended at all!

Pros: The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. The beach in front of the hotel was stunning. The staff were very attentive and always helped with carrying our luggage. They also assisted in calling a taxi for us. We especially appreciated the complimentary paddle boards and kayaks available at the beach a wonderful touch! Areas for improvement: The road leading to the hotel is quite steep, and the entrance can be a bit dark at night. Improving the lighting and signage could help make guests feel more comfortable. Overall, we had a lovely stay and truly appreciated the warm hospitality. Keep up the great work!

The grounds and beach are super, but the room is completely run-down.
