"The hotel is very well located at one end of Sairee beach, but with easy access from the beach to more central restaurants and bars. All the staff were very friendly and competent. The room was very spacious with a large terrace and even a balcony. The hotel is very well integrated into nature, which means you can hear the sounds of nature, something that didn't bother me at all. The only thing that wasn't so good was that the room was number 44 and therefore further away from the beach and closer to the road, so you could hear some motorcycles and cars passing by and not just nature. The pool is good with a waterfall."

"The location is about a ten-minute walk from the pier, but there are steep slopes up and down, which can be quite tiring when dragging luggage. However, the environment is lovely. The sea view bungalows offer direct ocean views from your private balcony, and you can also watch the sunset from the reefs, which is very pleasant and peaceful. It's not noisy at all, perfect for those who enjoy a quiet getaway. Just be aware that they don't provide water or toothbrushes, and the quality of the shower gel isn't great."

"A hotel that's a 6-minute walk from the ferry and a stroll along the beach or town. A large swimming pool with a depth of up to 2 meters. A beach with a west-facing view is right next to the hotel. Delicious breakfasts with a wide selection. Fruit, eggs, chicken, sweets, and pad Thai—everyone is sure to find something to enjoy. Located next to a food market, the room was large and clean. I only stayed one night, but the gaps in the balcony doors could be bothersome, potentially letting in bugs or warm air. Overall, I rate the hotel 5/5."

"All in all, it was just okay. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. However, the value for money was really poor. Construction work started at 8 AM, and we were woken up by drilling. The room itself was quite run-down, with water stains and mold on the walls. The bed sheets and towels also had stains. The location, however, is perfect if you want to party and walk along a lively street in the evening."

"This family villa was a great location to enjoy the beach front. The sand was soft and beautiful. The private pool was larger than expected and satisfying to swim in. The room was well designed. My family was very happy staying here. When our AC wasn’t cool enough the staff fixed it. The tub water was warm but not hot. If I stayed more time I would have asked for that to be fixed. The breakfast could be better but it was ok. All in all, pretty happy."

"+ privacy + spacious room + AC works ok - far away from shops - steep and broken road with a lot of holes leading to this place - my neighbors had an accident (not their fault, other guy bumped into them on this road and drove away) . they had to pay a lot for rented bike damage. I think that host should think about how to make this road safer for his guests - fix huge holes and install mirror signs , to be aware if someone going down. - WATER - they do not have system water supply, they buy water. And if you are running of water in your bathroom - you should call host, ask for water and wait, wait, wait… - NOISE - I lived in the down bungalow. And it is awful. I heard every step above me. Sometimes I woke up in the middle of the night from the noice that smtg dropped on me. Audibility is awful( - no cleaning during 3 days - host doesn’t have what’s up, you should only call"

"Overall, I would give it a rating of 6/10, rather than the higher score shown on TripAdvisor. The staff is genuinely kind and helpful there’s absolutely nothing to complain about on that front. However, it is really noisy. There was one night when we couldn’t sleep properly at all. You need to understand that although the hotel is located at the end of the main street, it still faces the main street where all the bars are. So you’ll hear a lot of noise and shouting until 2 or 3 a.m. quite easily. If you want a quiet room, you should definitely book a sea-view room located in the middle of the hotel. There is also a bar where breakfast is served, and if your room is above it—which was clearly our case—it will be impossible to relax in your room or take a nap during the day, for example."
