I had recently travelled from Bangalore to Kolhapur and found this Stay. The stay was good and front desk team was good and well responsive. I would like to re-visit the stay again whenever I travel back to Kolhapur with my friends and family…….

Rooms at Fern Kolhapur are spacious and hygienic , service was quick and food quality was good , The hotel is located on the highway, which goes towards the city and is also convenient for visiting the nearby MIDC , Local transport is available. All amenities were provided in the room, any thing additional can be requested as per requirement

Rooms are good & specious. Maintained hygiene. Food was good.. Mr pritivi gave good service & was at 1 call away. . Enjoyed buffet . .. one should come & experience the service of Mr prithvi.. Thank you team foe good service. Keep up the good work..

Overall hospitality is very good. Nice service by Nikhil and Amit. House keeping staff was also very good. Very nice food and ambience. Location is also very fabulous and it’s near main road. Live orchestra was also very pleasant and heart warming

Superb Stay & Hospitality!! Mr Omkar at the Reception is exceptionally warm & welcoming! Also the Housekeeping team with Madhuri, ie Vaishali, Shailaja & Swapnali Took Extremely good care like Home..while my stay! Delicious Breakfast and Service..by the Entire Staff at Fern!

The Hospitality is Unmatched!! It Felt Like Home With Omkar, Madhuri, Vaishali, Shailaja & Swapnali..clean & spacious rooms with amazing city view to stay with..good airy rooms with proper sunlight !! Loved the sections of the room for storage..Amazing Food in the In room Dining..Good Full Size Mirrors to Dress up for Occasional Stay! Perfect By All Means !

Stayed here for one night in April 2024. The rooms were neat and very spacious. The buffet breakfast spread was good, however restaurant service needs to be improved. Service was slow during our dining experiences. The reception staff was very welcoming and helpful in letting us extra time for check out. Suggestion for the management to change the check out time to 11:00am and check in at 01:00pm as the current time of check out i.e 10:00am is not very feasible

The property is very good and so is the staff at this place. I stayed here with my family on 5th and 6th April at room 518. While leaving i forgot to take ***** some of my belongings. The hotel staff, specialky Mr. Shashikant Kothawale dealt with the situation in a highly professional manner by informing me promptly about my belongongs left by me and got all my belongings sent out to me at my residence in Mumbai via courrier. I truely appreciate the sense of responsibility and such an honest behaviour displayed by Mr. Shadhikant and his team. I wish them best of luck and great success. I would recommend this place to whoever is visiting Mahalaxmi temple and planning to stay nearby.

Good hotel exemplary services . Rohini at front desk is quite efficient . Service is okay but In room during service nees to improve. Thalis are not served in room . Car wash facility is unavailable at hotel which is totally unacceptable . Bathroom hot water cold water mixer ratio is improper

I had booked premium rooms here during my business trip. My experience - 1. Rooms - Spacious, Nit and clean 2. Food - Delicious but okay ish 3. Staff - Experienced and friendly (special mention - front office desk) Overall a good experience during the stay.

Excellent service levels with delicious dinner and breakfast. Lot of food options on the buffet Staff was very prompt and supportive. Enjoyed the stay. The staff kept the rooms ready well in advance for check in. Not very far from Mahalakshmi temple.

Checked in Today and ... It's one of the worst experience in so called 4 Star hotel, Veeksar The Fern. Kolhapur 1. The shower was totally malfunctioning ! Water going on the wall in place of the centre of the toilet. It had to be replaced indicating no maintenance of the rooms. 2. The door of the cupboard not closing and creating a irritable noise every time ! 3. The intercom not working , I had to go down to get everything rectified. My question is - why such a poorly maintained room is allotted to the guest ??? Can the authorities of the hotel answer this ?

The rating is purely because of service. A good location , a good building and a good room doesn’t make a hotel a good hotel. The service we received. Ordered food at 10:00 pm as we were told , room service is not available after 10:30 pm. We had traveled 5 hours to reach and were hungry. Also as we had to get up early for the temple Darshan. Ordered a gobhi Manchurian , butter chicken , 3 portions butter Phulka - at 10:00 pm. At 10:36 we called to ask where is our food . We were told the boy who was bringing the food got stuck in the elevator and we don’t know in which floor he is stuck. Now - no hotel only lifts turn off without a changeover of the entire hotel lights. The order came at 11:00 - the order was totally wrong. Chicken sukkha and roti. 11:10 pm again a boy walks in with a order. This time it seemed to be our order. But again wrong - plain roti , veg Manchurian. no cutlery to eat and wrong order. We were hungry and we ate what was served. We complained at the reception. Been a hotelier myself - I do not like to complaint. But if it is basics of service then I don’t think I should spare it. Stay here if you wish , but don’t expect a good service or even basic service for the price you pay.
