Transitel A Boutique Hotel

I recently tried booking a room at your hotel online, but before confirming, I called your property to clarify some details since this was going to be my first visit. During the call, a lady informed me that you do not accept online IDs. I requested to speak with the Front Office Manager for better clarification, and the call was transferred to Mr. Saurav. Unfortunately, my experience with him was extremely disappointing. Mr. Saurav was very rude and not willing to listen to my concerns. Instead of offering clarification politely, he kept insisting that whatever he was saying was correct and dismissed my queries. When I asked if I could present my ID through DigiLocker (which is a government-verified platform), he outright refused, stating it was “not valid” and went as far as to say that any guest showing an online ID is “doubtful.” I was shocked to hear such a statement. As a guest, I expect professionalism, respect, and a willingness to assist—not to be spoken to rudely or made to feel suspicious for simply asking a question. Is this really the standard of service your hotel provides to its guests? Such behavior and misinformation not only tarnish the image of your hotel but also discourage potential customers like me from staying with you.

Rooms are very very cozy. Could have been more clean in terms of as displayed in pictures and basic amenities were misssing.

The room and bathroom were small and the mattress on the bed was terrible with springs coming out of it and hurting the back. The receptionist asked for a physical id. However the hotel is overall clean and food is good.

subhajit and jagriti room facilities are very good ,room interior is good ,food facilities are nice good coperate staffs

Reception Staff are rude, provided booked category room only after a fight. About to leave the hotel without accepting room then finally provided the booked category room.
