Had a great experience in hotel Babul. Anytime with a bell ring someone will be there to asssist u. Next time if im in Calcutta definitely will stay there.

Very poor room condition, non of the appliances were working.They were there for display only. They provided one towel between 2 guests. We were charged extra upon requesting for a better room.Don’t recommend for anyone!!

By Indian standards, it may be close to the airport for one night.

This hotel is very clean and suitably located near the airport. They have done good work to maintain the overall room and washroom cleanliness. I was quite satisfied and happy. The staff were also very helpful and co-operative. Thanks.

Very good stay. Neat and clean room. Good food. AC and Fan working properly. 24 hours reception help line. Airport drop facility. Very clean toilet. But television was not working.

After checking in they altered the hotel to babul guest house instead of hotel babul. I didn't have any option that time for which I supposed to stay in a uncleaned, broken glass and small room, although I paid for ac delux room. Whole building was vibrating like earthquake when vehicles were running besides the roads.

showing that for drop one way is complementary but they charge us 400 why showing and with hotel guide is different please make sure with hotel and should be same i am not happy

Hospitality and location was good. Very near to airport. But faced 2 issues. One for geezer and second for and land-line phone. Both were not working.

It's good is an hotel. I was here on a solo visit the hotel is near to airport, one restaurant just entrance gate. Interior of hotel is dust free.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was left feeling underwhelmed. The room was extremely compact, which was manageable, but the real issue was the non-functional water heater. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to report the issue as I had an urgent flight to catch. What really took the cake was the exorbitant charge of ₹300 for airport dropping. I was shocked to find that I could hail a cab just a minute's walk from the hotel on the main road for a maximum of ₹200. This felt like a clear case of taking advantage of guests. While the hotel's location is convenient, the overall experience was marred by these issues. I hope the management takes steps to address these concerns and provides better value for money. Recommendation:* Consider other options in the area that offer better amenities and more reasonable prices.

Room was good but food was average. The staff had confusion in order and was blaming us for that. Make a recording while giving the food order

Room is very cojusted not 170 sqft as showimg. Water-flow in bathroom is very slow sometime no water. Tv did not work atall. Not a higenic place to stay.
