I losr my pastport in Kalkotta on the 14 Oct 2025 when i reachef the hotel and was very dedperate and lost. But hotel manager helped me to fine amd locate my lpst item and even help be my interpreter at the police station. I am very grateful to hotel manager Vikash. He is a fantastic himan being.

Food is not good to eat. Price of food is high. And booking with food are not mentioned item they provide only egg.
No facility. They switch off AC at any time.

The room was smaller than expected. Not cleaned. Spot on bedsheet. No towel, handwash. Mirror is also expired it's useful life. Geyser is not working. In the wardrobe, lots of untidy pillows are dumped.

There were no toiletries, only 1 blanket for two persons, tv was not working and recharged after several requests that too in the evening, wifi was also not working properly
