the room atmosphere was good and it was a decent room but they don't provide any tea or complimentary tea items in the room and they also don't provide complimentary breakfast. although it was a good experience but nothing is complimentary in fact they charged me for a water of bottle.

senior persons like us are not comfortable to use staircase for moving from ground floor to upward floors. Lift is necessary for this reason.

It has been a clean and comfortable 4 night stay with complimentary room upgrade. Hotel has no elevator but the staff is really helpful with baggage services and always available for assistance.
