I booked and paid for two Superior Deluxe Rooms, but got only one of the booked types and got one Deluxe Twin Room for the same price. I knew this only when I checked out as the other family occupied that room. When I took this to the ***ager, he just replied that he had asked his staff to confirm about rooms while I checked in, but the same hasn't happened. I don't know whose mistake is this, but we were the victims as we paid for a bigger room and stayed in a smaller one. No refund was arranged for me. Also, when we asked for an empty plate they refused to give it as we didn't order food at their restaurant. The hotel staff respects their policy more than their customers. My family has 5 people and I was the point of contact at the hotel. But, the hotel wants the ID cards and the signatures of all of us instead of only one or two people. We have stayed in ***y hotels (incl. foreign countries), but this hasn't happened for us anywhere else. We arrived at the hotel after midnight, but they still made us wait at the reception for over 15-25 mins.
