部屋は狭いですが、エアコンもテレビも付いていて、トイレ・バスルームも割と綺麗だった。ホテル1階のレストラン的な場所で飯も食えるらしく、結構多くの人が利用していた。特にこだわりがなければ、別にここで問題ないと思う

Centrally located. Service staff lead by Ms. Fatima at reception is very warm, hospitable, helpful. Rooms are ok for 2-3 days. Excellent bathroom fittings by Koehler and v guf toiletries. But upkeep & maintenance of bathroom & bedroom need to be improved a lot. Linen can be fresh and new ones. Overall a cost effective stay near Govinda’s restaurant

It was pleasant to stay at this hotel but some needs to implemented including food. 1. Kindly provide whiper for washroom cleaning once bathing it will be very wet so that we can clear those water on the time but can't contact everytime for room service for cleaning. 2. Air/Room freshener must be available always so that we can feel fragrance while any guest or couples enter into room but for this also can't contact for housekeeping everytime we need to feel good . 3. This is my 3rd time visit in this hotel and I really liked food both times when I was here but this January 2024 it was not as good as last time. Quality wise as well as quantity wise there is some difference since the last visit. 4. Washroom door was not good not able to close completely. Needs to be done before allocating rooms so that there is no need to contact receptionist for these repairs. Once I got in already hotel team has contacted me for repair works but time was not matching as I mostly stay out.

I booked and paid for two Superior Deluxe Rooms, but got only one of the booked types and got one Deluxe Twin Room for the same price. I knew this only when I checked out as the other family occupied that room. When I took this to the ***ager, he just replied that he had asked his staff to confirm about rooms while I checked in, but the same hasn't happened. I don't know whose mistake is this, but we were the victims as we paid for a bigger room and stayed in a smaller one. No refund was arranged for me. Also, when we asked for an empty plate they refused to give it as we didn't order food at their restaurant. The hotel staff respects their policy more than their customers. My family has 5 people and I was the point of contact at the hotel. But, the hotel wants the ID cards and the signatures of all of us instead of only one or two people. We have stayed in ***y hotels (incl. foreign countries), but this hasn't happened for us anywhere else. We arrived at the hotel after midnight, but they still made us wait at the reception for over 15-25 mins.

I was there for an official as well as family trip.We stayed in fifth floor in a deluxe room for 2 days.Our stay was very pleasant and the front desk staffs were very helping and polite in nature.Room was a little small, but very organized, neat and clean.The restaurant food was very tasty and delicious.One thing to be noted the room price as well as restaurant food prices are a little on higher side.

I was forced to eat only from their restaurant and could not order anuthi outside, this is totally unfair service is slow extremely nothing great just ok definitely over priced for everything, water at 35/+ it should be on mrp overall worthless

The room was not according in the picture ... Staff not so good not cooperative ... Poor bathroom conditions... No slippers provided.. Outside food is not allowed at all.. Expectations were a little higher.. Very much disappointed with it

The ***agement of the Hotel is outstanding. All staff are humble and like the hotel rooms and cleanliness. Hotel is in prime location mall good restaurants are nearby and locality is good. Booked this hotel online and got a nice experience.
