I stayed for a night on a personal visit to Kolata for a day! The hotel is conveniently located in South Kolkata's Southern Avenue, proximity to many Cafes & Restaurants on the same street and on the adjoining Lansdowne (Sarat Bose Road) is an added advantage. I liked this small hotel yet spacious, clean, well-maintained rooms, decent service.

horrible. no buffet. just choice of 2 items in bf. washroom not clean. room stinks. towels are very old. no toiletries as promised

Very dirty hotel with unprofessional staff. Tariff is higher than other good hotels like Novotel , WestIn etc but basic services are not available

Intercom was not working
Shower was not working
Dusty room only floor was clean. Bathroom exhaust was extremely dusty. Gaps above bed were dusty
Sheets were bumpy but after complain we got extra sheet on top of the bedsheet
