The room was very small and washroom we'll be separated i didn't like but it's ok price will be good for thats type of room

Worst experience ever, the hotel room was too small wtih no proper ventilation, its was very suffocating.

not good,room is too congusted,not clear,foud lots of hair in bed and they refused to provide a new bedsheet after asking,and found smell of cigarettes 😢

We found in the internet but it not what’s it look in the real, there is no ac and a room was so messy and bad.

Hotel was not good at all. Fan is not well. Bathroom facilities not so good. I am not happy at all. Very poor

I booked non ac room. When i reached hotel they oppose me to take ac room with attached bathroom. I agreed and paid them 440 extra. But when i entered room. I saw no attached bathroom. No tv. No charging point. Light and fan have same one switch which is outside room. When i asked them. They said. Jo hai jahi hai. I asked them to cancel l my booking. They said booking in done. Now we can't cancel-led it. I said return my 440. And provide me what i had booked. They replied it can't b done. So ambaresing to here that.

Overall it's service is good. Specially w oh "chacha" is a nice person. It should better if the toilet and bath is attached. And the a. C. Has a remote. So we can use the a. C. As per our requirement.

Worst experience as a family *** the toilets are very bad and rooms have no ceiling fan in fact some of the rooms windows are broken and you don't get any privacy also the behaviour of the staff are not so good if you are traveling with family please dont book this guest house it isn't worth it

Dainty and cosy room. Felt like a good for single travellers. Reasonable for the price, considering the location. Only veg menu good for vegetarians.

Actually i was traveling as a solo traveller, i've gone with this continental guest house, to search for the location wasn't so tough with google maps. After entering the room it was a terrific experience for me and thought to step back even but had no choice rooms were not clean and not maintained properly.

Room are extremely small and we were not got any amenities at all even soap. Washroom flush not working and the behaviour of the hotel staff is rude and bad.

this hotel is so much darty, overall very bad hotel for me. please don't book this hotel it's is totally uncomfortable for any one.

Very bad experience room is very small roof of the room is about 5 feet so we unable to stand straight very horrible experience behavior of staff is good but room is very horrible

About the condition of the room one word "pathetic" nothing was acceptable in that room. We stayed for a night somehow. Location is good very close to park street metro. My recommendation is there are plenty of hotels in that area. You can easily search after coming in to this place. And the supervisor here is hardly bothered. As par him this is how it is.
