Overall, it was decent. There's a small beach right in front of the hotel. The main issue is that it's hard to get a car; Grab only offers motorbikes. To get a taxi, you need to find local drivers and add them on WeChat. Basic fares start at 40 yuan per trip. Labuan Bajo isn't a very big town, so if you're adventurous, you could rent a motorbike yourself. They do pick you up and drop you off at the hotel for trips to Komodo. Breakfast was okay, but since we were out exploring all day and just went to the pier for late-night snacks and walks in the evening, we really just used the hotel to sleep, so we didn't have high expectations. Oh, and Komodo is truly beautiful!

This is my second time staying here. It's a great place to relax between activities. It's close to the airport, and you can walk to the main street with bars in about 20 minutes. Yet, you feel like you're in a secluded spot with a beach and a pool. The staff and rooms are all excellent. The buffet breakfasts are delicious. The only thing I didn't like was the laundry service. My friends and I sent our clothes for washing, but all the stains remained – they were just refreshed. And the cost was quite high for that.

Loved this hotel! The staff were very responsive and helpful, always with a smile. The place was clean, and the grounds were well-maintained. Breakfast was good, and all rooms have a sea view. The beach isn't suitable for swimming, but there's a nice pool. It's a bit of a tough walk to town in the heat, so we took Grab motorbike taxis (there are no regular car taxis). Highly recommend this hotel!

Great value for money, and the room was quite spacious. It's a bit far from town, so you'll need to take a motorbike taxi to go out for meals. You can watch the sunset from the lounge chairs by the hotel pool.

Atmosphere: The common areas are beautiful, but the room facilities are a bit old. There's no charging port by the bed, which is a bit inconvenient. Service: The staff are warm and polite. Cleanliness: It's acceptable.

This is a nice resort hotel, and the pool is close to the beach. However, it's a bit far from town, so there aren't many restaurants or shops nearby. The hotel restaurant is decent, nothing exceptional. The service is excellent; they even helped pack breakfast for early morning excursions. A special shout-out to the incredibly responsible staff. I had arranged an airport transfer for the next day with the front desk, but I was so exhausted the night before that I completely overslept. Luckily, a staff member kept knocking on my door to wake me up and even helped coordinate with the driver to wait. Otherwise, I would have definitely missed my flight! I gave him a tip to show my gratitude.

The location is good and staff very friendly. Buy when ask toiletries such as shaver. They says is don’t have. No more stock. Supposed when some of toiletries almost run out need to order/replenish. As for breakfast is good. A lot varieties of food

Very nice hotel, beautiful room with nice view, good breakfast and relaxing pool. Unfortunately the sea just right in front is not the best for swimming. Bit far away from the city center but you can use taxi or grab motorbike easily to reach it.

Great hotel with beautiful pool & beach view. The staff is amazing. The management is very accommodating. Mr Ramat was very responsive and resolved guest concerns quickly.

Nice hotel, but the bed creaks terribly and during a heavy rain shower, water came into the room under the window frame.

Great resort, helpful staff. But not much to see in the center area, I find 4nights its a bit to long if you just stay in the resort without any entertainment

Comfortable stay for 3. Missing areas to dry wet clothes in the room even though it was a beach facing unit. Very nice private beach with nice view of the sunset daily.

Excellent hotel! Rooms very nice and clean, no noise from outside. Super nice pool WITH shade area. Good restaurant. Large breakfast - yummy Nice stuff. Even not too far from the center by foot, bike or car. Will definitely come back if I get the opportunity!

The environment is okay, but it's inconvenient that you can't take a taxi on the island. It's about a 35-minute walk to the seafood street.
