The front desk service was excellent; they even helped us book a car and retrieve a lost phone. Everyone was very friendly. However, the facilities are a bit old, haha, but that didn't detract from the overall service experience.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Short walk to shop and restaurants. Staff very friendly and assisted us with storing our bags whilst we went on Komodo cruise. The beds were clean and comfortable and it had a lift so we could easily transport baggage. Staff very friendly. Would stay again!

Very satisfied, excellent value for money. The location is super convenient; you can walk directly from the airport.

Came for the tour, very simple hotel with little amenities. For the price it was okay. Staff was good. Location was nice, close to a big supermarket and the center.

This is a very local hotel. Minimum facilities, services & cleanliness. Basic need covered. Last min booking due to island shortage of fuel - change of tour plan.

Just spent one night before my Komodo boat trip. Basic hotel with basic facilities. But since the hotel is located on top of the hill, the sunset view from room was unexpectedly gorgeous;)

The hotel's location is pretty good. Right next to the commercial streets. The staff is very helpful

Because I had to travel for tours every day, I chose this budget hotel. The hotel is close to the airport, within walking distance of the bustling streets. The hotel facilities are basic; there was no hairdryer, no Wi-Fi in the rooms, and all the safes in the rooms were broken. I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and the toilet was broken two nights. We paid for an extra bed for three people and wanted to pay extra for a third blanket, but the staff refused. On the second night, another employee called the owner and finally got me an extra blanket. Aside from that, the hotel was okay. For a better signal, you need to use their Wi-Fi in the lobby. The Eleven restaurant next to the hotel is very good value. Also, I don't know if Ctrip has updated it, but the postal code for this hotel on Ctrip is incorrect and cannot be found on the Indonesian visa website. My visa application was blocked because of this postal code, and even contacting Ctrip to find the hotel was unsuccessful, taking two days. Furthermore, this hotel never responds to information on the Ctrip app. An email address is attached; hopefully it will be helpful.

The location is great, and you can walk to the downtown area. They even picked us up at the front of the hotel for the Komodo tour. I stayed on the 6th floor, and the ocean was visible from the window, so the view was amazing. I walked from the airport, and it only took about 20 minutes.
