The customer service and hotel interior were good, and although the large public bath was small, the temperature of the water was just right. However, the conditioner didn't spread well, and it seemed like it didn't spread all over my hair.

I was satisfied with the clean room. The staff were also polite and helpful.

I stayed here on short notice. Although it's located on a main road, the noise wasn't a problem. There was a free breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of items and was delicious.

This was my first time in Konan City, and it was unfortunate that there were not many restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was great, and the baths were relaxing and helped me to relieve my fatigue.

My wife and I used the service this time. My wife is sensitive to dry air and dust, so I wish there had been an air purifier.

The room was clean. To be honest, I wish it was a little bigger. The toilet and bathroom were smaller than other hotels. It was good that there was a shared bathroom downstairs. Security was also good. The women at the front desk worked hard. It's a new hotel, so it has a bright image.

I used this when I was traveling in the Kinki region. Since I only used it to sleep, it was very cost-effective. I wasn't bothered by the noise from the next room.

The breakfast was more luxurious than I expected! The room was very clean and nice.

Fortunately, I will come again next time if I have the chance!
