Great interiors and amazing staff. The food was very tasty. They also provide drop off at airports if needed. Will definitely recommend this hotel. The hotel is situated near to the airport.

We have booked this hotel but its seems we chosed a wrong hotel . Worst experience in this hotel and not suggest to book this hotel in mallapuram . The Front office manager Mr. Akhil is very rude and unprofessional . He has very rude, having attitude and much regid on booking. When we raised issues with General Manager named Mr.Binu about why excessive charged to us , he is also not supportive and listened what Mr.Akhil said . If this kind of beheviour continues from hotel side then I am doubtful about future prospect about this property . We did mistake to book this hotel and not suggest to book this hotel anymore .We are there in hospitality and service oriented industry and don't expect this type of treatment from hotel side.

ently We have given business this hotel first time but our experience is very bad . Mr.Binu who is a GM of the property is not at all supportive and take undue advatage once booking made. They are money oriented and being more concrned abut payment. They have excellivly charged on the food part as per actual head counts They retain our guests at the time of depature only bacause payment not credited in their account as they have not given the clarity till the last moment and hold us back . The actual head count was 27 and they charged 45 pax . They excess charged and taken undue advatage . This is purly a unprofessional attidue and rough behaviour towards our guests . WE DONT DO RECOOMEND THIS HOTEL . BE EXTRA CAUTIOUS WHEN YOU BOOK THIS HOTEL .

No lift we have to by steps 1 floor or second floor, a/c is not working even after ccomplaining, probably a c is not serviced

Very small n nice hotel. V had to stay overnight but loved our experience. Staff is very good n helpful. V did not hv any issues during our stay. No lift in the hotel but it was not an issue fr only two floors. Restuarebt is very nice. They made zero spice food on our special request. Breakfast was v limited but v loved dosa n masala omlette. Wonderful short overnight stay

Right location on state highway and airport road. Calm and cool place. Nice restaurant and tasty food though bit oily. Very spacious and clean and hygienic room
