SCHRECKLICH. Alle negative Bewertungen sind wahr! Nie wieder. Unfreundlich, sehr schlimm, ungelernte Personal, arrogant, schmutzige Zimmer mit kaputtes Möbel, Service und Preis-Leistung = 0 Zu teuer und Corona Regeln sind nicht anhalten.

Das als Wellness- und Kosmetikbehandlungen beworbene Hote war leider den Preis nicht wert. Ich habe 2 Wochen vor Ankunft mehrere Behandlungen gebucht, die leider erst bei Ankunft storniert worden sind. Herr Holzer bot mir keine Alternativen hierzu an. Die Sauna kann nur am Nachmittag ohne Zuzahlung von uns Hotelgästen genutzt werden. Einen Wellnessaufenthalt werden Sie hier nicht erleben können. Das Zimmer war gtoss und sehr sauber.

Ich habe den Aufenthalt im Gästehaus Holzer leider sehr negativ in Erinnerung. Die Buchung erfolgte spontan, weil sich unsere Pläne geändert hatten. Dadurch habe ich versäumt, mir die Bewertungen durchzulesen. Ich kann viele der negativen Bewertungen verstehen und nachvollziehen. Herr Holzer hat auf uns persönlich einen sehr unfreundlichen, fast passiv aggressiven Eindruck gemacht. Leider müssen wir damit die bereits abgegeben negativen Bewertungen bestätigen. Das Anhängen schlechter Absichten und die negative Grundeinstellung uns Gästen gegenüber, schockierte uns. Obwohl wir nur eine Nacht da waren, das Zimmer (bis auf die laute Lüftungsanlage im Bad) tip top, der SPA-Bereich total gut und auch das Frühstück i.O. waren, würden wir dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen. Der Hotelbesuch und damit der Beginn des Urlaubs/der kleinen Auszeit, etc. steht und fällt meiner Meinung nach mit dem zwischenmenschlichen Umgang. Da dieser, wie noch nie zuvor erlebt, von Anfang an katastrophal war, war der Gesamteindruck miserabel und wir freuten uns, dass wir nur eine Nacht bleiben mussten.
