説他們房間有蜘蛛，前台開始破防了，**叨叨説一大堆説什麼我們要表達什麼意思，説什麼有蜘蛛很正常啊，她們也控制不了。很可笑！這本來就是酒店疏忽，一句道歉都沒有，反而説我們為什麼不及時給她們反應，我們提出來希望得到道歉又不是來找事的。

他們用pos機刷我微信上的零錢113元，之後計劃有變，要退一天的房錢113元，退房時説是加微信退給我錢，我同意了，加過微信後轉給我110元，我就回復113元，美女，人家回覆pos機刷卡需要付3塊錢手續費，我回復到為什麼讓我掏3塊錢手續費，我如果微信給你，那是不是不用扣3塊錢，我還是老顧客，每次都入住他們酒店，還有這樣的事情，真心覺得太差勁，以後再不去了，好歹在他們酒店消費了有1000元多了吧，雖然不多，但是覺得太過分
