整體不錯，房間也大，周圍距離商圈近，然後走幾步路就到了，對面就有美食街，點外賣也方便。給升級了大房間，免費體驗了一下，不錯。

鮮少評價酒店，第一次寫差評給酒店。從入住開始大堂一堆住客圍着前台抽煙，保安不管。一個前台在工作按規矩排隊，卻不斷被人插隊。前台衹給一張房卡，兩人入住也不給多一張房卡即使取店卡也不給。最後出動店總收了50元多給一張房卡，因為房間要充電。要求機器人給房間送東西。前台直接拒絕，説不送的原因是這間房的電話是壞的，電話壞了難道是我的錯嗎？酒店的地下停車庫陰森恐怖堪比密室。

一點都不像今年開業的酒店，衞生真的很差，垃圾桶的垃圾都沒有扔乾淨，枕頭上有很多碎髮，前台也是服務極差，等了很長時間才給我們換房間，一進門就叫能看到這種木地板破爛的畫面，顧客到底是啥心情？！不會開酒店的就別開了，一天的長途開車想的好好休個息，沒想到看了這些好心情都沒有了，後悔死了都！

自以為是當地生意最好的，隨便欺負客户，沒有服務態度，生意已經到頭了！出現問題，酒店方首先推卸責任！讓員工承擔，員工惰性太強！沒有服務意識！通過一個酒店，影響對整個庫爾勒的印象！
