Kangcheng Jianguo International Hotel

The hotel is very old, but very clean. The room equipment is good. The front desk staff are pretty nice. The location is also good, very close to the highway entrance and exit. The parking lot is tight.

The soldiers and horses have not moved, but the food and grass go first. Food, clothing, housing, and transportation are the foundation. For this trip, I chose the trustworthy Jianguo Hotel, an old five-star hotel with complete and good infrastructure and pretty good service. During this period, I was upgraded to a family room. The difference is that there is a double bed and an additional bed [laughing] The hygiene standards are really bad. It is estimated that no one has lived in it for a long time and it is covered with a thick layer of dust. The service standard is a bit casual, the fruit will not be put away if it is not pressed, the landline phone will not be called or repaired, the mineral water changes every day, the 3-piece bath set becomes a 2-piece set, and I was asked if I broke the chipped hot water bottle. Is it the service? The standard also dropped from the 25th floor to the 15th floor? But the service call and problem solving are still very good. My only regret is that I didn't bring swimming trunks. Overall rating 7.5, recommended!

Is Jianguo already at this level? The invoice is issued by a third party, Ctrip, and the breakfast area is a bit poor from decoration to variety. WiFi doesn't work very well. The house was hot and dry. The central air conditioner is basically unusable.

The room facilities are quite satisfactory, the bathroom is small, and the air conditioner is noisy. After all, it is an old hotel. Fortunately, the price is not expensive and it is acceptable. The service is a plus. The lady at the front desk, Wang Jie, is warm and friendly. She informed the precautions and arranged a quiet room. The service was considerate.

As a five-star hotel, such things should be checked carefully. They even forgot to replace the half-bottle of mineral water that the guest drank.
