This hotel's service was absolutely amazing! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was surrounded by the warm smiles of the staff. Check-in was incredibly efficient, and they even thoughtfully provided information on nearby attractions—the attention to detail made me feel instantly warm and welcome. During my stay, both room service and restaurant staff were exceptionally proactive and attentive. Once, I casually mentioned wanting some warm water, and it was brought to me within minutes—that thoughtfulness truly touched me! They responded to any issues immediately, their attitude was impeccable, and I felt as comfortable and at home as possible. Overall, the service here was definitely the highlight—warm, professional, and making my stay incredibly comfortable! I highly recommend it; you won't be disappointed!

The stay was fantastic, especially the receptionists at No. 010 and No. 005! They were warm and attentive, showing great care in every detail. Whether it was asking for travel tips or handling related procedures, they were patient, meticulous, and responsive, making me feel warm and welcome even while traveling. The room was clean and hygienic, well-laid out, and the bed was very comfortable. Thumbs up to the hotel and the receptionists!

I came to Xinjiang on a business trip, and I didn't expect to live in such a good hotel in this small city. The decoration is stylish and very comfortable. The room facilities are all marble countertops and leather furniture, which gives people a very high-end and clean feeling. I personally fear the dirty wooden fabric sofa. The bedding is very comfortable. You can see that the mattress, pillow and four-piece set are all made of very good things. I rested very well. The facilities are complete, the environment is good, the staff has a very good service attitude, warm and polite, and the waitresses are all very beautiful. It is worth mentioning that the breakfast is very rich. I slept in and got up at more than ten o'clock and there was still breakfast. It is highly recommended. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I come on a business trip.

The name of Korla Fontainebleau International Hotel is quite nice. In fact, it is located on a commercial property of a real estate building of the same name. The hotel and the building are quite new, so they are not in the city center of the old city (but the area of Korla city is not too large). Facilities: The hardware is good, but there is no fashionable charging pile. You have to go to another larger international hotel diagonally opposite to charge. Hygiene: Good. Environment: Good. Service: The attitude and level are good, and the buffet breakfast can be praised.
