Five-star review! My stay in Korla was fantastic, and I'm incredibly grateful to Xiao Cao at the front desk for her help with check-in! She meticulously arranged everything included in my booking: breakfast, drink vouchers, and welcome fruit. She even added me as a friend on WeChat and carefully informed me of the breakfast time and location. Upon check-in, I noticed a strong smell of new renovations, and Xiao Cao immediately arranged for a colleague to show me other rooms. Although we didn't end up changing rooms, her thoughtfulness was truly touching. The air purifier tripped in the middle of the night, and the on-duty technician came to check immediately. Even though it turned out to be a problem with the wiring from the renovations and couldn't be fixed immediately, her attitude was still very responsible.
