Very poor. Very poor in every aspect. Crowded in peak season. Poor management. Slow check-in. Poor service awareness. The restaurant is terrible. Maybe it’s because there are so many people. The waiters are all emotional. The chef is even more miserable. The service and side dishes are terrible. I couldn’t be more miserable. I chose this Atour because of the brand. Went for anything other than hardware and was disappointed in the end

I have always heard from friends that the Atour brand is good. When I came to Korla this time, I booked Atour for the first time after reading the 5-star hotel reviews on Ctrip. There is free bottled water for you to drink when you check in. The front desk staff are also very friendly. There is a bottle of water for you to take in the elevator hall on each floor. This is very attentive. After entering the room, I looked at the layout and thought the overall layout was pretty good. My first impression was good. But after taking a shower, there was no body lotion in the hotel, which was the first time I encountered it several times in Xinjiang. Not long after I used the hair dryer, I went to get something and turned it off and then pressed it again and it wouldn't start. I called the front desk and the front desk said it would take 5 minutes to turn the hair dryer off and on again. These were all minor problems. Here comes the biggest problem. Just when I was about to sit on the bed, my friend reminded me that there were blood stains on the bed (Picture 1). When I saw it was true, I called the front desk and asked someone to change it. It already feels bad, the most important thing about the hotel is hygiene. Five minutes later, the guest room staff came to change the quilt cover. I reminded her to see if there were any blood stains elsewhere, and she would change it immediately. The reply was no. When I lay on the bed and put my phone on my side, I found three blood stains on the headboard (Picture 2). Then I checked the sheets and pillowcases and found that there were stains on the pillowcases as well (Picture 3). I also called someone to change and clean the headboard. I travel twice a year. This is the first time in decades that I have encountered this situation. As a well-known chain hotel, it is not a low-end brand. It has discovered that the bedding is unclean three times in a row. How can it allow guests to check in with peace of mind. I didn't sleep well all night. I always felt that there were blood stains somewhere, so I went to check out early in the morning. I will not stay at Atour this brand again, and I will also tell my friends not to stay.

The hotel is on the edge of the city, far away from the shopping mall but close to the lake. Then came a series of complaints. The hotel called me and asked me where I wanted a room. I clearly told me that I didn’t want a room at the end of the corridor, but I still reserved a room at the end. It was almost 12 o’clock in the middle of the night and there was a power outage. I called and said that the circuit breaker was tripped. Finally, I pressed the light switch, and the lights didn't light up at all. I changed the power card to the room card, and the lights could be turned on. So the power card was just a decoration? Moreover, it was also a business double room, but the room size was completely different. The room at the end was very small. Small, and the business booking will completely treat you as a non-member, without asking whether the guest needs to be bound, which is a waste of points, in short, a bad review.

The service attitude at the front desk of the hotel is super, and the location is super easy to find. When the family is traveling, Atour gives me a feeling of home. The service is thoughtful. It is a must-choice place for business trips or tourism. I will choose Atour when I go out to play in the future. I like Atour Hotel in Korla very much. It is like home. It is recommended to stay.
