The hotel's facilities are perfect, the health is good, and the overall environment is very comfortable. What I am most satisfied with is the linen. This stay deserves full marks! From advance communication to check-out, every detail was comfortable and heartwarming. Two hours before check-in, Guest Relations Manager Ruby proactively contacted me, not only arranging my preferred room but also thoughtfully preparing Korla pears in the room – this early gesture instantly won me over. Upon arrival, the receptionist Kyle handled check-in efficiently and quickly, requiring only a few minutes of waiting; the concierge also proactively took my luggage and escorted it to my room, requiring absolutely no effort on my part. Unloading my luggage and lying down on the soft bed instantly melted away the fatigue of my journey. The next day, I dined at the Renaissance Restaurant. Although I knew it was a separate venue from the hotel and would take some time to get there, the abundant breakfast did not disappoint – everything was to my liking. Because I had to catch a flight at 2 PM, I messaged Ruby to ask if I could check out later than 2 PM, and she readily agreed, completely resolving my travel concerns. The room facilities were excellent overall, and the view of the snow-capped mountains from the window was incredibly lucky! The only minor issue was a slight odor in the room, but I'm not sensitive to smells and it didn't affect my overall experience at all. I'd definitely choose this place again next time!
