Shambolic.Customer care non existent.Rooms dated and bathroom mouldy.Pool bar has 1 type of lager 1 beer pump and 1 alleged barman.Queues are horrendous.Do yourself a favour and stay at home,you'll wish you had.Management totally inadequate.

Everything from the rooms to the service was good. One of the highlights of my trip was the entertainment. David from the animation team was fantastic – super friendly, energetic, and really made the activities fun and engaging for everyone. He made sure guests were having a good time. Thank you!

i came here with my friends for a week and we really enjoyed don’t listen to bad reviews, okay, hotel could be a bit better with food but it’s still good the best thing is animation team here David and Oliwia are making sure all the time that you’re having fun and feel safe here few days ago it was live music as a evening entertainment and we really loved that, atmosphere was amazing i really recommend this hotel!!

The best experience very welcoming people all the staff was very friendly and helpful we only saw one animator David and he was very good always passing by saying hello and have a chart We loved it here The activities varies from waterpolo to beer pong We needed this little break

The hotel its beautiful a lot of potential we came in may when everything is starting so we wasnt worried or expected anything super , the food is good the staff are very friendly thanks to David that comes to talk with us and we will be back soon .

Hotel manager thoroughly looked after me, she went above and beyond when I was having any troubles. Hotel and food is amazing! Bedrooms are spotless and the beds are so comfy! Lost my charger and again hotel manager went above and beyond to sort me one! Thank you Aegean

The hotel was wonderful, our room was wonderful as we had a nice comfy bed with a great view.We can say that it was excellent and very clean . At the other hand the staff always willing to help and overall we had a great time!!! I would recommend for sure..

To start the WiFi is very poor almost non-existent. The hotel lobby and outside looks nice however the inside of the rooms are outdated, and the cleaning standards are low. I am surprised that this is a four star hotel as the experience was two stars. After showering and leaving the window open the bathroom still seems to overflow with water due to lack of ventilation. For three guest we were given two plates of food as we arrived after midnight. There was multiple insects in the room , we requested to change room but it was not given. Their was more issues , however if I listed them it would be very time consuming.
