Stuff is very friendly.
Great breakfast.
The fitness center happened to require an additional charge, which is not fair.

Plus points are the location is good if you don’t mind short walks. The rooms are really nice and the staff are friendly. However, the rooftop “bar” played music until 1.30 am at ridiculous levels that made the rooms on the third floor vibrate. They need to sort that. Also the gym is a paid extra and not included. 15 euros for three visits or 7 for one.

Lovely hotel, rooms are well appointed and comfortable. Just between the 2 harbours, good location and flat surface walking, pebble beaches close by. Good pool, very clean hotel. Breakfast was amazing, good quality and choice. I will be back

I'll try to remain objective and not too emotional in my review. We didn't enjoy our stay, but the hotel is nice, one of the more modern hotels in the area, and in the main part the the staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we paid more with Jet2 for a Sea View room. We were given a ground floor room with a balcony permanently in the shade and right on a very busy main road. I mean 'busy'. Seemed to be a constant stream of lorries, local buses, vans, cars and bikes. As we were on the ground floor we had people milling about our balcony at all hours just chatting. Seemed to be locals more so that tourists. To add insult, the hotel is still being renovated and we had a builders van pretty much camped outside our window. The lack of privacy, lack of sun and the noise made us very unhappy. In addition, we had no hot water for 2 days. Speaking to the receptionist was like pulling teeth. Firstly she said they were not allowed to upgrade our room even though we suggested booking directly with the hotel for the upgrade, then told there were no rooms to move to regardless of view or position in the hotel. Next we were told that there was hot water (there wasn't) and when we rang the reception to confirm again she hung up. This forced me to go in person, again to ask for help. To which I was told it was an outside electrical fault and no one else was complaining(?). We dared to ask for a tea bag in our room and was told that we would have to wait until housekeeping attend the room, this despite the teabags just being around the corner. All in all, she was rude, called us liars and simply didn't care. A polar opposite to all the service staff who went out of their way to help. The hotel itself is still being worked on. There is scaffolding up, lots of OSB board where glass should be, lifts being finished and a lot of builders noise. (see pics) The room, although clean and modern is a bit odd. The bathroom is small, if you have a large frame ( I mean XL, not massive) you'll struggle to sit on the loo. The glass shower screen is very close. The basins are in the main room, not in the bathroom (?). Means you have to wash in the main room, odd especially after using the facilities and more so if you're on the ground floor. Visible to anyone who wants to look in from the road. There is not enough storage, which is odd as the room is plenty big enough. Hardly any hanging room for a tee-shirt, less a dress. I think if they sacked the receptionist, finished building the hotel and sold the sea view rooms cheaper than the others I think it would have been a better choice. Do yourselves a favour, DON'T BOOK A SEA VIEW ROOM. The other rooms seem nicer.

First time in Kos and this hotel. There are good and bad things about this hotel. The pool area is crammed and busy. Thankfully, we had upgraded to the divine club, so we could use the rooftop bar area, which has 20 loungers available for use 10am to 6pm. This has literally saved the holiday because if I had to use the main pool, I wouldn't have been happy. There's no pool up there, but there are 3 jacuzzi to cool down in. Drinks are non branded, so they are not best quality but ok. Staff are so friendly, especially Nikos and Maria. Breakfast is good, decent selection of hot and cold food buffet style. Now the awful part, our room was the worst I've stayed in. Cramped at foot of bed so much so that you had to walk sideways to walk past it. Bathroom is a wet room which flooded every time you showered and the balcony was the smallest I've seen. The left patio door didn't even open fully as it came up against the headboard which ran the length of the room. I booked this holiday 12 months in advance and requested a room that has the sunset in the evening. I know requests cannot be guaranteed but as it was a year in advance and we were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary I thought they could have obliged. Sadly not. On our side of the building there were only 2 rooms that didn't have the sun and ours was one of them. Not much hanging space and not full length in our room. Few shelves and no drawer's. Fridge available with their drinks in which you have to pay for. We just used the fridge to put our own drinks in so that worked well. Safe free to use. Unfortunately, we won't be returning to this hotel.

We had such an enjoyable experience here, the staff were so friendly and all facilities and rooms were kept to a high standard. The food was excellent and such detail goes into the cocktails served at the bar and pool area!! We were even given complimentary fruit salads on a couple occasions. We didn't know much of the Greek language but the staff were not bothered and very happy to communicate with us in English which we extremely appreciated. The rooftop bar was also an amazing experience, the drinks, views, staff and music was so enjoyable. The only issue I had would be that we booked and paid more for a sea view room through JET2 holidays and the room we received was not necessarily what was advertised in the booking, however we understood that the hotel was booked out (as expected for such a great accommodation) so we were able to over look it. We would definitely return !!

What a fantastic hotel. The suites are brilliant value and a must, with use of the roof bar which offers free drinks and the use of jacuzzi. The Restaurant food is one of the best we have been privileged to use. Special mention to Vasilis F&B manager for the fantastic service. The staff are all some of the most friendly and professional people.

We arrived this morning at 2am and allocated a room, on arrival in the room it was identified that our balcony contained scaffolding from unfinished building works. I called reception and indicated I would like to move, however I had to wait until the reception manager was in work at 9am In the morning we were informed that the hotel was fully booked and they had nothing to offer, I asked to upgrade the room at my own cost, I was informed this isn't possible as Jet2 do not allow this?? We were told that in a few days there might be rooms we could move to or look at, so no unpacking and living out of a suitcase until then This is most unacceptable for our holiday and very inconvenient I called Jet2 and logged a complaint regarding this at 9am, I was called back at 1800hrs saying it's been resolved by the hotel, well it hasn't and is still ongoing, no move yet Point to note this hotel is still not completed it's renovations, there is scaffolding on the side of the building past our room and ends on the roof bar The onsite restaurant as advertised are not open We upgraded to Divine Club to get access to the roof top bar as it sounded amazing, don't be fooled, there is scaffolding on the roof, empty shelves behind the bar area, berry well uses plastic cups, no free food and limited snacks, only nuts, that's it, no draught beer and the toilets are in aplastic porto loo like facilities. I feel the divine club isn't value for money and miss sold, there is a divine lounge on the ground floor that has snacks but yet again miss sold, very poor and limited. I Tried to enter the lounge this afternoon and was asked to come back later as it was occupied, so not very inclusive. The pictures of this hotel look amazing hence why we booked, but in reality it's not that great, Jet2 once again are not really bothered about it's customers and unfortunately I'm very disappointed in the choice of hotel, I would love to leave and find another hotel however I'm not getting a refund

Such a wonderful, modern & clean hotel with fantastic hardworking staff. I stayed here for 5 nights with my husband (first holiday without kids) & couldn't have chosen a better hotel. Check-in - friendly staff, quick & easy. Room - we had a suite & it was a really good size. Bedroom had a really comfortable king size bed & tv, lounge area had a big sofa, tv, mini bar/fridge, dressing table, wardrobe & safe. There was a balcony from bedroom & lounge. Bathroom was good but prone to flooding if you took too longer in the shower. Air conditioning in both rooms via remote control. There were 2 areas to hang clothes but no drawers which was annoying. Also no washing line on balcony which would have been handy. Breakfast - really good choice of food & drink. Bar - Such lovely, friendly staff & such a good range of drinks. Rooftop bar - Lovely view. Great addition to the hotel & could also order food here. Food - Good menu, ate lunch here once & it was delicious. Pool - Nice pool, was quite cold while we were here but got used to it after swimming 4 lengths. Was able to get sunbed ok but probably due to time of year we were there. Spa - Had a wonderful relaxing massage. The hotel was in a brilliant area. 10 - 15 minutes walk into the town where there are lots of restaurants & shops. There are shops & restaurants on the way to town & also if you turn right out of hotel. There is a marina near hotel & another in town. Great path/cycle way along seafront. Paradiso beach is a 10 minute walk if you turn right out of hotel. At the main harbour there are loads of boats which offer a 3 island tour or trip to Bodrum (only 1 hour by boat). We absolutely loved our time here & can't wait to come back. All staff deserve huge recognition as they all work so hard to make the Kos Devine what it is. Ps. I love the smell of the floor cleaning product that is used, makes the hotel smell amazing.

This was my 3rd time back to Kos and staying at the Divine and it has been first class every time. The hotel itself is modern, spotlessly clean and is located in an ideal area near many restaurants, bars and shops. I stayed in a double room for 14 nights which was very comfortable and had everything you could need such as a fridge, kettle, remotely controlled air conditioning, plenty plug sockets, thick curtains that keep the room dark when the sun is out, a TV and a balcony to sit and relax on. My balcony looked out onto the local football pitch so that was a bonus being able to watch some football. The best thing about the hotel though is the staff. They are friendly, warm and always attend to guests needs with a smile. The bar and restaurant staff are really nice people and they made my stay what it was - great. I highly recommend staying at the Kos Divine Hotel & Suites. I would love to go back but I have been 3 times now and there are other countries and cities I need to visit and experience so don’t think I will be back but who knows…

Our second visit to Kos Divine this year and did not dissapoint ....Great location and a lovely clean, modern and friendly hotel. The breakfasts are lovely - great choice. Pool is lovely - although cold! Short stroll into the town and some really great restaurants to be found. Somewhat quieter and cooler than our July visit which was perfect for us. Staff are great as always - Kostas is the best barman and makes this hotel what it is and the reason we will return again next year. Also Leah who so friendly and good fun and always looks after us. Our room was great - junior suite - and was cleaned every day with fresh towels. Thank you for another amazing holiday Kos Divine - we will see you again next year!

We paid just under £2000 for a 7 day holiday.Clean but poky, inadequate room. No drawers or proper hanging space, no proper chair, just a soft, backless cube. Unless you pay extra for a 3rd floor club room there is absolutely no place to sit quietly and chill. You can sit on similar cubes in the lobby, but there is no escape from the damagingly loud all-day, all-night disco music’ especially at the pool. We were badly advised by our travel agent and Jet 2 Holidays who give it a much inflated rating. Very poor value for money for this uncomfortable hotel.

Myself and my partner (18-30s) stayed here in early to mid October. The hotel wasn’t too busy at this time, which was perfect. The hotel is clean and well kept, and in a great location about 15 minutes walk from Kos Town, with lots of restaurants and bars along the beach and back streets on the walk to it. The staff are really nice, polite and helpful, big thanks to Kostas and the team. The pool is nice and the bar area is next to it, serving drinks all day and night. The bar has happy hour every day where drinks are 40% off which is really good value. The food is really nice and good quality also, including the breakfast, which has healthy options available. The menu is slightly limited though, we were bed and breakfast which was perfect but I wouldn’t go half board simply for that reason, although it is nice food! The hotel has entertainment on a couple of nights a week which is bingo, a singer and karaoke, which is really fun. The rooms are quite small but don’t let it put you off. If I was to return to Kos, i’d definitely look at staying here again and would recommend to anyone coming.
