酒店位置很不錯，臨着伏爾加河。科斯特羅馬的節奏非常慢，是個小眾旅遊城市。冬日的伏爾加河是一片滑雪場。一樓餐廳是正宗俄餐，可惜沒有吃到酒店早餐比較遺憾

金環小鎮伏爾加河畔的科斯特羅馬，預訂了這家四星級賓館，房間寬敞，還帶有陽台，環境好，早餐很不錯，照片就不發了，很滿意的一次高星級賓館住宿體驗，才400多塊錢人民幣一晚的住宿（含早），性價比太高了！

Отель прекрасный, очень красивый интерьер, прекрасные завтраки, все чисто, красиво, очень уютно! Но… если бы не грубый персонал, который в самом начале отдыха внес сильный негатив. Припарковав автомобиль, с сумками и вещами направляемся ко входу. Выходит «мужик», именно «мужик», и сходу начинает просто орать в грубой форме. Причем такие слова как «здравствуйте», «извините», «Пожалуйста» ему видимо вообще не знакомы. В грубой форме требует, чтобы убрали машину с этого места, именно требует «машину отсюда убираем!». Я говорю, что я постоялец отеля и спрашиваю, где я могу перепарковаться? Ответ просто убил «я без понятия, куда хочешь, туда и езжай парковаться!». На мою просьбу сначала оставить вещи в номере, а потом перегнать автомобиль, получил отрицательный ответ, опять же в грубой форме «нет, вы не зайдете во внутрь. Вместе с вещами идите обратно и убирайте машину!»

Посетителям отеля невозможно поесть в ресторане отеля, все занято, количество мест в ресторане гораздо меньше чем номеров в отеле!!! В результате идёшь и ищешь другой ресторан, хорошо хоть в Костроме с этим нет проблем, следующий раз только а Отель Гроза и остановится для проживания и ресторан там делает приоритет для постояльцев!!!! кухня ресторана там отличная!

Отличный отель. Были в нём три ночи, брали стандартный номер. Выше всяких похвал. В номере есть халаты и тапочки, вода, чайные принадлежности. Прекрасная кровать и подушки на выбор. Очень удачное место расположения отеля - все достопримечательности рядом. Прекрасный ресторан при отеле с отличными завтраками. Там же можно превосходно поужинать при свечах.

Красивый и очень уютный отель. Невероятно чистый. Светлый. Находится в центре, пешком можно добраться до всех достопримечательностей. Заехали поздно в ночи заселили в отличный светлый номер. Вкусный завтрак. Номера светлые и уютные. Обязательно заезжайте!
